This was one of my childhood games back in the day. My mum bought it because the Sword form of the Legacy looked a bit like a lightsaber, and I had a strong love for said fictitious weapon as a child. What I wound up playing was the first ever Beat 'Em Up I ever got my hands on, and although I think I sucked at it, the game was still in frequent rotation for me. Also, did you know that this game was developed by the same company (Yuke's) as Sword of the Berserk: Guts' Rage, aka. the first ever piece of Berserk media to get a localisation?
Wow, an interesting fusion between No More Heroes and Star Wars (just talking about that laser sword) I like it.

It was an underrated game.
That definitely looks like a toy lightsaber.
You sound look up Chase The Express. Now that is a unique obscure game.
