I fought Gemini Man with the Mega Buster only. Truly, his pattern is not that hard to figure out. He jumps if you shoot, and the best strategy is to make him jump as you jump a little and shoot him, but only when he's fairly close to you. Once his clone disappears, he gets easier. Then again, I beat this last year, and I might be forgetting something.
