Hello, Captain Capi!
I am the creator for the "Kaiju Testing" game and I would like to address a few things with it.
Kaiju testing, or Titan Genesis' "testing" game, is a game where you play as Large Kaiju, of course. Titan Genesis is HEAVILY based on the Godzilla game from the PlayStation 4. With that said, Kaiju Testing is a testing game for ME to test out my scripting/coding skills with it.
From what it seems like through your video, you happened to be playing in an old server, meaning your server wasn't up to date, hence all of the lag/buggy features.
The reasoning for the very slow movement is that in the PS4 Godzilla game, most kaiju are slow. But, if you use your Attacks/Skills to your advantage, you can move far faster than just walking. Using attacks to move around is actually faster than just walking, believe it or not.
The 3 orange bars on the Side are indeed, Energy Bars, or Temperature bars to be more specific. They serve the role of "Keeping you from Spamming" with the Beam, and Special. As you noticed, the Cooldown Time for the special is very small, but in exchange for the cooldown being small, you can technically only use it 3 times before it being unusable due to Energy Consumption. Every time you use the Beam, or Special move, you use ONE energy bar.
(one more thing to note, since the Special is so spam able, it is also a move to be used to "Get out of a combo" when someone is Combo 'ng you. Therefore it does the least amount of damage through the whole move set.)
