    Great to see a new top ten drop. And the guest appearance on the number ten cigar was hysterical. Connecticuts can be really hit or miss for me, as I’m very sensitive to bitter notes - which I must say I get from the Buffalo Ten, the Queens Pearls, and the Antano. My favorite Connecticut at this point is the Lambert Gold series - particularly the El Gringo. But everyone’s palate is different.

    • @TheVintageCigar
      @TheVintageCigar  Год назад +1

      I find that fascinating. I don't often get bitter from CTs. I get it more from maduros, but not all of them. But i can relate. My palate is usually turned off from Honduran leaves. So i get it. I plan to drive in to lampret more this year

      @TheVintageCigar  Год назад +1

      Gotta few of those i need to try in the humi. I did not enjoy they ferio at all tho.. lol , it's a running joke at this point.

    • @justinhuddleston2303
      @justinhuddleston2303 Год назад

      I have heard the same thing about the ferio tego from lots of people. I bought 5 of them sometime last year, and the 3 that I smoked were fantastic. It's definitely not something I would buy boxes of, but that's due to the price , not the quality of the cigar. My go-to connecticut for the last couple of years has been the principle cigars martinique carona gorda. It was originally created/blended for 2nd St. Cigars in Edmond oklahoma. Luckily, that's the shop I go to most. I'm interested to see what you think of it. I know hound dog and d-lov enjoyed them.

    • @TheVintageCigar
