A man should never have to constantly announce that he’s a man. The fact that we as a community find this type of relationship ideal speaks to the high levels of toxicity rampant in our marriages today…and why soooo many WIVES are miserable.
@@sharkkeeper01 They both had their biases. But, love superceded it. Despite their disagreements. They still stood by each other and worked it out. If anything there is a lot to learn from that. When it comes to marriage. Good day ✌🏼
I loved their relationship. Dwayne was a portrait of a true and REAL young black man.
I loved the show once Denise was gone! Debbie Allen did in excellent job
“You’re my wife and I love you. Let’s go work this thing out…. (snaps fingers) Come on.”
Mercy! That’s the kind of masculinity that can melt a woman.
😍
I was so inlove with this show especially when they put Dwayne & Whitley together. 💓💞
Such a beautiful couple and college experience 😍
Dwayne knows how to put a women in check and make it sexy and respectful at the same time.
Whitley is one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen.
And that voice with the southern accent just makes me melt.
Y'all remember when D'Wayne broke up her wedding and the Fabulous Diane (spelling?🥺) Carroll said "Die! Just Die!!" 😭🤣🤣 Whitley's mama was a mess 🤣🤣
Yeah only the late Dianna Carol from Dynasty could have played Whitley’s mother. She was a knockout but that is one of the all-time lines.
Wow. Watching Dwayne and Whitley again brings back great memories. Dwayne was awesome. He knew how to handle his woman with so much love respect and kindness. That’s a real man.
Tell Julian I said hello okay. LOL.
That was funny as hell.
Yesssss!!😂😂😂😂
Whitley was SO damn fine!! And gorgeous as hell
Back one there was a live studio audience and it really added to the show.
I love it when you take charge daddy!! 😂🥰💯👏🏾
“5 minutes Dwayne”!!!!
A blend of Dwayne & Psylis from how high has always been my dream guy. ✨💜✨
I loved watching this show, it was so well written.
I love the firmness of a relationship like this 🤤
1:06 “You LIE like a rug! Go sit down!”
