In the USA we have sizes 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 Size 4 being tiny, size 7 average and 10 being plus size. I’m an 8 slightly plump lol I can’t translate your size patterns. When you say 16 or 18 is that comparable to an American dress size?
Hi, We are 2 more than you in the UK - so if I take a size 14 UK - my US size is a 10 - I have lots of information on my blog site about sizing, and I now include all the American size equivalents in all my blocks and patterns as I update them as I have so many American customers - many thanks for asking, Nicola
