Just one final remark: you showed the temperatures and mentioned ambient temperature but not the starting temperatures ... can the temperature difference partly be caused by the OLED screen itself ?
I had an impression that my previous samsung oled phones where getting warmer than comparable powerfull samsung phones with isp panel.
It is just an impression ... when I layed my hand over or came close to my cheek with the display after picking it up and unlocking ...

One issue is "measuring the measurable". I mean double the wifi speed is fine, though I rarely wish I had faster wifi. What does bother me often is lost connections in games when my phone decides to switch from wifi to data, or data to wifi. I've read that the mediatek is immune to that issue. Could you please test it ? Like,
1- forget all your wifi networks,
2- connect to your wifi router
    3- start playing
    4- switch off your router
    5- what happens ?
and then same, but with switching off your LTE via settings (not as good, but you can't siwtch off all towers ^^)
