I agree with most of your opinions of this comparison, but my conclusion is reverse. Most of the people, I mean if you include the female and aged users of mobile phones, nowadays consume a major part of media on mobile phones. So, for most of the users, Realme XT with the AMOLED screen and Dolby Atmos support will be the default choice. On the other hand, people looking for a phone for good gaming on a tight budget are fewer than those who consume media on a phone; so it is a niche market. And I can guarantee you, that over the long run, the Adreno 616 GPU in Realme XT will maintain its performance way better than the Mali G76 in Note 8 Pro. I would choose the Realme XT here. I actually recommended it and the Note 8 Pro to my cousine-brother; and you know what, the moment he saw that flash sale of the Note 8 Pro, he ordered the Realme XT!

@@Sai_2466 True, but the LCD screen on the Redmi Note 8 Pro is already good enough for me. You can game quite well on XT as well
@@darkice3267 yeah bro but for gaming.

On mobile it barely makes a difference. Helio is definitely a more powerful processor but even the SD 712 can play all types of graphic intensive games like Elder Scrolls Blades, Ark: Survival Evolved and Rangers of Oblivion without lagging. On paper the specs of Helio seem better but in real life there is almost no difference
TBH even a 9k phone can play PUBG without lagging these days.
Ash which one of these has thinner bezels than the other .. top and bottom .. pls reply .. u never seem to

Hi Ash. I have been following you for a while now. You people (C4ETECH Team) make realy nice content. I just have a request. When you do review of cameras of phones, could you please tell whether they are able to shoot in RAW format as well?
All the best !!
Realme XT too have 8gb and 128 gb
Yes but intensionally avoided because he taken Money from redmi
@@sultanawate Lol kids these days
@@sultanawate No, its because of the price of 8gb and 12gb varient. For that price you can get redmi k20.
@@sultanawate 😂😂😂 lol...
Which one should i buy
Xt or 8pro
The review I was waiting for👍❤️
Where does the galaxy m30s stand? Is it a good enough camera to compete with these two?(camera and display are the only things relevant to me at this point)
#Camera is totally confused....... different verdict from each tech tubers...🙄😊😑...
Whatever phone you buy xt or note8 pro.....you are not going to regret it.Both camera is good enough.Give 1 for each in camera segment.
Just write down other features and think what suits best for you and buy it.
I ordered xt because of super amoled display, vooc charger, sound quality, indisplay fingerprint sensor and flipkart offer and no ads in phone and snapdragon 712(not speed enough when comparing with note 8 pro but I know it has life so I preferred it)
I got 6gb ram varient in xt for 15,300rs using sbi debit card
And snap dragon supports gcam too.
So you may get excepted results
@@Travelwiththennarasu even mediatek supports gcam.. But very few
The fact is that Realme is paying RUclipsr's heavily. In my opinion Redmi 8 pro's camera is really good. I have one and it is worth the price.
@@_H_A_R_S_H_I_T_ I also think so
Nice review bro
Pls watch your realme xt video first as there are 2 mistakes in video i.e.
1) dedicated micro SD card slot and 2 Sim cards
2) there is 6 GB 128 GB in realme kindly rectify it.
He is talking about base variants bro
Actually this is paid video
What's the aspect ratio of both the phone's bro ? Screen to body ratio ?
simple answer, you stare all times at display so xt is the clear winner.
You do not just watch the display but play games to. And Redmi Note 8 Pro with MediaTek Helio G90T is far better in it.
@@ankitgupta-tt9hu yes..
Thanks, this was useful🤔😎
How much difference would the Dolby atmos make? Any long time users of Dolby atmos who can tell me if it does actually make a difference?
I'll wait for xt730G or Xt pro. and im not buying either of these xt and RN8pro

Ash..just to highlight some question from below comment..how come rn8 pro support quick charge when its use mediatek helio chip
Watching on my Redmi note 4😅
Ash bro....... One big doubt TRAKINTECH channel is saying that though MI note 8 pro has L1 certificate it doesn't support HD streaming in Netflix etc...... Please correct me if I am wrong... And do check and say bro..... Waiting for your reply
Ash, i would like to go for Redmi note 8 pro.
Bro which one is beter redmi note 8 pro or redmi note 8 please tell us i am in confusion
5:12 super amoled 😈
Bakwas camera😂
Redmi will keep becoming on top spot but I appreciate the realme' s good phones that can compete with redmi
redmi note 8 pro has mediatek chip, and still the charging tech is quick charge 3.0? someone clarify.
Harshith Reddy Redmi has included a dedicated Quick Charging chip for QC 3.0
I am seriously confused which one to buy and the only reason i am not going for redmi is the MediaTek processor because all i have heard from other RUclipsrs is 'the processor heats up it is not good and consumes a lot of battery etc' so i request those who are using realmi or redmi please tell me how is the processor working and should i go for realme or redmi.. it would be helpful 😊
remove the intro its an unnecessary extra double tap for me to skip it
Hey Ash plz suggest me a good Bluetooth earphone or neck band with great bass at 3k. I feel Sony WI-XB400 is good but I want yur opinion on this and budget. Plz suggest
Can u just give in some details about the gcam problms in the note 8 pro
Don't expect anytime soon.
Mediatek processors lack developer support
was keen to buy Note 8 pro ..Not a heavy gamer so purchased xt..
Amoled display..
No ads..
Low light cam performance..
Selfie..
Believe me gaming is very smooth.
Video recording..
Eis in selfie cam..
Last but not least No 46°c heating 😋
What is the fate of redmi when xt 730g launches at 16k 🤔🤔 next month
This is the video I was waiting from a long time for thnx ash for this brilliant comparison
I like this video totally...Only youtuber, currently making it clearer that why supplied 18watt charger is superior to proprietary vooc chargers... Others seem to be nowadays producing every videos biased for realme...
xt over 8 pro
bcoz of amoled and snapdragon chip(gcam).
Gcam is under devp on 8pro
is gcam supports realme xt?
@@bibhuprasadmohapatra1677 yes.

You forgot about the Gcam support on realme xt
one thing i noticed for handy phone mi a3 ... their after xt as its super almond and light weight ,,,, find 8 pro a bit bulky ,,,, i have lost my phone in bus ,,,,, suggest me whch to buy,
amoled makes the difference
But to me, hardware is way more important.
Display is most important for viewing
@@Sai_2466 True, but the LCD screen on the Redmi Note 8 Pro is already good enough for me. Would u rather have a better gaming experience on an LCD screen or a worse gaming experience on an amoled screen? The more powerful hardware on the Redmi Note 8 will also make everything else u do on your phone much faster and snappier. It's definitely more worth to sacrifice punchier colours on the display for a better overall faster and more powerful experience on the Redmi Note 8 Pro. That's why the Redmi Note 8 Pro is no doubt the clear winner for me. Also, I prefer MIUI over Colour OS.
Camera makes the difference. Realme shitty camera.
In display fingerprint scanner is the main thing for REALME which costs more
why are you comparing RN8PRO with realme XT and not realme 5 pro.
then the user interference i need an explanation for choosing MIUI instead of add less Color 6
MIUI is a lot user friendly, has a lot of features, customizations, great gesture navigation
Using my Rn8pro for more than a week and still didn't notice a single Ad!
Bro how is the heating while gameing
Bro just normal...
Nice comparison by ash
-A fan of c4e tech(ash) 😍😍
I love MiUi just bcoz any app you can duplicate "dual app". It does not restrict where as other brands only 2 to 3 apps are supported. I have older Redmi 4 where I use Ola, Uber, WhatsApp, Instagram all dual app. Tried doing same in a friend's realme phone, it did not support. So for me that's on advantage part.
