- In this demo, I test out Windows updates to Windows 11 on an unsupported PC and compare the updates offered to what is offered on a fully supported PC.
Check out my other demo on how you can easily install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware using a utility called Rufus

Well I am running Windows 11 on my older Ivy Bridge build which has no TPM or supportable CPU although I do have secure boot for some time now and am still getting updates as per my supported laptop. I hope that Microsoft take pity on us that have perfectly good hardware by allowing updates until they do stop them for whatever reason because without this being able to be done it leaves a lot of people with only Windows 10 and then nothing. That would be a shame for those who cannot afford a new machine. A good video by the way mate keep them coming.😀
I honestly believe Microsoft will continue to allow non supported computers to receive Windows Updates. It's not in Microsoft's best interest to have unpatched computers in the wild. In the grand scheme of things, it's likely to be a small percentage of users who run Windows 11 on unsupported hardware, it's likely only tech enthusiasts will do it.
Thanks for watching and thanks for leaving a comment.
This video answered my concern from your previous video to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware. Will consider updating later when more 3rd party software, especially games are supported. This and your previous video were very helpful, thanks.
Thanks for the comment, good luck with any future upgrade to Windows 11.
Be sure you check your windows 10 update is cleared before you install 11. because if you don't you will have to reinstall so it will update 11 it will be stuck trying to update 10.
Thank you.
Thanks good video keep it up
Thanks, will do!
please increase volume brother.
sir , can i sign in to my microsoft account after the windows 11 installation and download applications from the store ? plz answer .
will it be fine to install on daily use pc security ?
Yes that should work fine.
I have i7 5820k 4.6ghz oc paired with gtx 1080ti and 32gb of ram and I can’t update windows with the official method even after updating after bypassing the requirements there is a little chance that I won’t be able to receive updates 😢
I can install tpm 2.0 chip and enable secure boot but the not supported cpu will still be a problem.
I will revisit this and try it with the latest Windows 11 build and let you know.

@@ClickNextDemosThe best decision that they could’ve done is to raise the years of supporting windows 10
I have tried this again with the latest Windows 11 22H2 v2 ISO and also the latest Rufus v4.1.4025 (June 2023) and can confirm this process still works.
This allows you to install Windows 11 on hardware that does not meet Microsoft's minimum system requirements and Windows Updates continue to work as normal.
New updated video coming soon....
@@ClickNextDemos Windows update works but you won’t get version updates like 23h1
you won't receive feature updates like update from 22h2 to 23h2 won't be received you have to install it manually
He said that in the video
@@sfernley I'm too lazy to watch the full video
pls make ram usage in win11 on unsupported pc
Hi there, I'm not sure I understand your question but if you are wanting to install Windows 11 but don't meet the RAM requirements to install it, check out my other video on how to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware.

I show how to install Windows 11 when your pc does not meet Microsoft's minimum hardware requires including CPU, RAM and No TPM chip.
Good Luck
But he do have an Intel Core i7-8700
Hi there, I used a virtual pc which was deliberately created with low hardware for purpose of the demo. The virtual host machine is indeed an Intel Core i7 but the actual virtual PC was intentionally created with hardware that would fail Microsoft's minimum specification for Windows 11, for example there is not enough RAM, storage space or a TPM chip present. It wasn't possible to configure a lower spec CPU but that didn't really matter as the rest of the hardware was below the minimum spec to install Windows 11.
What you are showing here is fully supported pc
I show both unsupported and a fully supported pc (to compare the difference) - Checkout the video from 1:03 where I show the Microsoft PC health check tool which shows the pc falls well below Microsoft's minimum system requirements.
