- Whether you are curious on how to get started in Dock Diving Dog Sport or to get your dog jumping further into the water. Today we are gonna introduce you four different dog teams that are at different parts of their learning to jump into the water.
Every person and their dog have a unique relationship between each other. My hope is that I can help you discover the path to life with your dog! On Fridays Doggie Dojo will have dog training content that will help you focus on your goals with your dog, unite in understanding one another, and nourish your relationship to greater life together. Each video will have fun and inspiring content to help you train your dog. I also hope to find out more about you and your dog as the Doggie Dojo community grows to help us all have an amazing life with our canine companions.

my labrador lacks a lot of confidence but she absolutely loves the water and retrieving item from it (as her breed was bred to do lol) this video help a lot in knowing what i have to do in order to build her confidence to the point where she can jump off the dock!!

Team Border Collie is my level. She also does HD, and all of a sudden with the change in bumpers to Atlas, she isn't going after the bumper. Any tips on trade out. I think one problem is she wants a ball for distance.
Getting my first border collie August 16th wish me luck!

Hey Trevor, your old friend Taylor here! My new puppy is 4 months old and has already started jumping into the pool on her own occasionally. She's still a baby, so not sure which category that would put us into, but I would love some more tips on how to build her confidence and having her diving in consistently!

Where could I get a long pool ramp like that?!
Look at Dock Diving Pools online. Most people have somebody custom build the docks. Which tends to be more expensive than the pool sometimes. Artificial Turf works great as a running surface.

I'm team Corgi, my dog is nine years old and doesn't like water at all.
Oh man! Funny enough Jade used to hate getting water on her. As you can see, she loves it now. Have you tried a baby pool?
Yes, but if I put more than half an inch of water in it she won't even put her toe in! I will keep trying though. I'm sure she's part fish... she just doesn't know it yet. 🤣
