It makes you realize that things don’t last forever and time is running out. Once things are gone, they’re gone forever. 5am- Animal Crossing New Leaf: This song is creepy in my opinion because it uses reversed instruments. It’s also slow paced, which makes it creepier. Not to mention, at 5am, only you are awake. All of your villagers are asleep in their homes. You get a sense of being truly alone. K.K D&B: To be honest, I’m not really sure why this one creeps me out. I guess it’s because it just sounds off. It has reversed sounds in the beginning. Throughout the song you also feel like you’re in a trance or something. It’s unsettling to me. To the edge: This song is just a mess. None of the instruments go well with each other and they play at random tones/notes. I believe this song is creepy due to the music being random and not having a beat/rhythm. My theory on why K.K. Parade would be considered creepy is that it celebrates the anthropomorphic animal villagers rise and conquering of the humans. Your human character might have a constant fear of being shipped off to a Soylent Farm one day if they ever mess up bad enough.

I always imagine kk slider collaborating with whoever the villagers are in the album cover to make the song and imagining him and Jack working together to make dirge honestly kinda makes it a bit charming. I can imagine Jack doing the chanting while Slider added in the funky sound effects.

As for possible ideas on what to do next, ive been really into the cutting room floor lately, which is basically a website that documents beta and cut content for games. I love going on their and looking up my fav childhood games, and theorizing what was cut and what direction the game was going in. My thinking is u could find ur fav game (probably has to be older or there won't be much documented) research some of the dev interviews and discuss the cut things and maybe wonder about what might have been. Just a thought tho, since u like wondering about the intent and possible messages in kk's songs 🎵 Either way just wanna say u make really cool stuff and im excited to see what u do

That slow zoom in with your villager’s back turned to the camera in this and part one are so oddly unnerving lol. Also I’d like to recommend “KK Milonga” for part 3. It has an ominous, sinister vibe to it. Also how the HELL did you get your character to do that freaky gyrating thing during the KK Swing segment? The way the camera slowly pans across the room to reveal your character doing that weird freaky movement in the middle of a dark hallway is genuinely unsettling I feel like you could direct a whole horror movie in ACNH or something lol
I think K.K. Chorale is scary because it seems like one thing (a choir) but it isn’t, it’s fake. It’s nice but sometimes it’s true self shows though, like anyone, It can’t hide itself forever. (being the glitches) and it’s waiting for you to join in so it can have the perfect opportunity to surprise you.

Another video! Yahoo! I can already feel this day being better :) Anyways, a couple months ago, I played acnh every day. I always would talk to all my villagers and give them stuff. One day when I went to sleep, A reverse K.K song played in my head. It was pitch black, until my favorite character that I have, Bob, showed up in my mind. He usually was a happy and lazy type, but his expression was unhappy. He then proceeded to say "Get ready, Rutabaga." And then I walked out of my acnh house. All of my villagers ran away from me, but when I caught up to them and talked, they just screamed "GO AWAY!" Eventually I saw Bob. I guess I blacked out, because when I dreamed again, my character was tied up. Bob came up behind me and hit me with an axe. I woke up because my character screamed so loud. Apparently I was screaming irl. Didn't play for 2 months 😂

About a month ago, I just figured out how to purchase music for my radio! I was really excited and started going to find what new songs were there, and I would go every day to buy one. I wouldn't really care which ones I got, because I never heard any K.K. songs, and I wanted to be surprised too. Then one day, I purchased K.K. Chorale...and was really excited to see what it sounded like the next day. Then tomorrow happened, I got out of the Animal Crossing house, greeted some villagers, and opened my mail. What did I find there? K.K. Chorale. Fun! I put it on my radio and listened to it. I was a little disappointed because I like fun and cute songs, and this song was just kinda depressing....but I kept listening to it until the end. Until I heard that weird and creepy reverse and glitch-y sound at the end....and I was like: "wait a minute, hold up, why is that there?" Anyway, (man i talk a lot 😐) I'm really glad that you brought that song in this video, because I was about to go in the comments of the first one u did and go: "OKAY BUT WHAT ABOUT K.K. CHORALE? THAT REVERSE AND GLITCH PARt? I'M NOT GOING CRAZY RIGHT?" Anyway, thanks for making sure my sanity was still in one piece, and thanks for the amazing videos, I owe you one! ☺

But then you have a thought that in a few years you won't remember your own funeral... So basically my point is if you died a week ago you will eventually forget your own funeral. And that glitch was you starting to forget....
I liked your presentation in most videos, but this one is the best so far. You did great on the lighting and character outfits and the little thematic skits during the song previews are a nice addition. The tone in your voice is also perfect for talking about creepy things in non-creepy games. I believe I've found a new place to stick around.

As someone who lives in Brooklyn and goes to the Coney Island often, K.K. Parade fits right at home there. As while C.I. is a well known for its amusement parks and beach, the neighborhood around the area is pretty sketchy and ghetto-like and the parks themselves have areas that look like they haven’t changed much in the past century, which I think are the same feelings that K.K. Parade gives off; being in an old circus tent of amusement park that doesn’t look like it should be open, but it is.
Could you maybe do a video about aika village from the DS and the remastered version in new horizons? I feel like it would fit for your creepy gaming stuff series.
K.K. Parade sounds like a song that would be playing at an abandoned amusement park. It feels like you're getting lost in the mirror fun house while being chased by a killer clown and hearing a distant clown laugh as you rush to find the exit.
Honestly, what creeps me out when hearing K.K. Parade is that the joy and excitement I should be feeling from the music just feels… fake… And I’m not saying that out of a fear of clowns or circus, they can be really fun! There was also a comment i saw on a video one time about it, credits to that person They said that they feel like the song might've gotten corrupted, and is desperately trying to tell us a message through morse code while the reversed drum beats and percussion intercepts it.

KK swing is strange. I think the song sounds nice, and I like it. But when I hear it, my skin feels weird and there's some feeling. After I'm finished listening, my skinis hot and tensed, not even on purpose.

I don’t find these picks so creepy. Parade is just silly times with silly ppl, aria is just sweet and nice to me. I agree Chorale is freaky tho. it reminds me of funerals, churches, graveyards, which r all things that freak me out. ESPECIALLY with that glitch in the middle. Kk Song just reminds me of a game over screen. Kk Swing reminds me of a song playing off a jukebox in an abandoned 50s diner in a weird haunted cryptid filled Midwest prairie. As someone who lives in Brooklyn and goes to the Coney Island often, K.K. Parade fits right at home there. As while C.I. is a well known for its amusement parks and beach, the neighborhood around the area is pretty sketchy and ghetto-like and the parks themselves have areas that look like they haven’t changed much in the past century, which I think are the same feelings that K.K. Parade gives off; being in an old circus tent of amusement park that doesn’t look like it should be open, but it is.
I asked KK to sing KK Parade but it didn't work :/ (Didn't work for other songs either)

K.K. Parade sounds like a song that would be playing at an abandoned amusement park. It feels like you're getting lost in the mirror fun house while being chased by a killer clown and hearing a distant clown laugh as you rush to find the exit.

Honestly, what creeps me out when hearing K.K. Parade is that the joy and excitement I should be feeling from the music just feels… fake…
And I’m not saying that out of a fear of clowns or circus, they can be really fun! But this song just doesn’t feel the same as any of the circus themes I’ve heard. It feels phoned in, like what a disturbed or inhuman creature would think it would sound like. It just feels off in someway-
I have another creepy song that I’m pretty sure no one has talked about. But it’s K.K Sonata. What I think is weird is that muffy listens to it, I don’t think people think this is strange cause of her design. But something is off. How come she listens to that instead of K.K metal? She never mentions anything about like slow sad songs, so why is she listening to that? I thought she liked rock.. cause she makes bands. Cherry has the exact same personality but the fact that she listens to music that fits her and muffy likes that music? Or does she.. it sounds like someone is in depression playing piano after someone died. Idk if this one is normal but she says she plays pop or any genre of music except for sonata..it might be normal that she says that but that isn’t right..

I disagree with number 5 as it reminds me of disney, number 4 as well yes it does sound slightly off but it ain't scary, number 3 aswell as it sounds like a zelda game that's slightly glitched but still not creepy, 2 just isn't scary, and number 1 is the only one i agree with.
