Hello, I’m thinking about using an LD DAVE 15G4X for my wedding DJ to play through. The room is about 110 meters squared and there will be about 115 guests. Will it be a sufficient system for this purpose? Thanks!
thank you for this video! i would like to buy this system for my pc gaming setup, so i am a little bit confused about the connections, if i want to use this setup do i only have to take the chinch input and its ready to go? or do i have to select some settings on the back of the system? how do i know which input is active? i already took a look an the user manuals on your website but i miss some informations there, it would be nice if you can talk more about all inputs like how to connect a pc, how to connect this and that you know. thx

Hello, I am very happy to see this new model of yours! 10" sub-model set could be just the right next portable "hybrid" PA between home practice and our 2-3 person band's small gigs of around 80 people. Also, is there a DSP switch that optimizes the EQ between quiet and loud volume (FIR)? Also is there acoustic spatial correction like my old HK Lucas Max (DDO)? I'm happy with my Lucas Max, but its sub alone is too heavy 39 kg to carry alone from home as a car and to gigs...
Hi, thank you for your positive feedback. Unfortunately, the DAVE G4X does not include this DSP, nor any spatial correction.
How are the 12s designed to sound? I'm after a HiFi sounding system with more warmth and softness, and less sharpness and harshness. I read the G4x 10s are tuned for HiFi like sound, but I want a bit more power and am looking at the 12. The feature set of the G4x is really attractive to me, but there are no reviews of it yet and I need help to make up my mind on an order.
If you're looking for hifi sound with plenty of power you might consider our MAUI P900.

Hello, What is the maximum number of people that one Dave 18 G4X system by LD Systems can provide sound for outdoors?
Hi Brahim,
this is not an easy question to answer. It always depends on the size of the room, the shape of the location, the weather conditions, the type of materials around the sound system...
But under the best conditions we can say that the DAVE 18 G4X with 4000 W peak can work well for 200-400 people.
Can’t believe there’s no more outputs for monitors like on the G3’s . Aren’t the G4X supposed to a better evolution ?
Or maybe I’m wrong. If so, where is the monitor output on the build-in mixer at the back of the sub ? Thx
When developing the DAVE G4 series, we made a conscious decision to dispense with the "line outputs" feature. We wanted to offer users an all-in-one package that allows for easy and convenient use while delivering excellent sound quality.
@@LDSystemsVideos you lost like every wedding dj with this decision. Need outputs. Video guys will kill us for not having outputs. Plus way less flexibility in general

@@andrewburlingame7284It's easy to fix It, you can use the Dave as mono (column) pluged in only One channel of the mixer (left o right) and in the other channel you put an active speaker and connect other one if you need.
Nie polecam przodek dave 18 g3. Po upływie gwarancji padly moduly hypex ucd 400 nie udało sie naprawic.

Proszę wiedzieć, że zawsze dokładamy wszelkich starań, aby naprawiać nasze produkty, ponieważ powinny one mieć długą żywotność.
Jesteśmy jednak zaskoczeni, ponieważ zazwyczaj posiadamy części zamienne do wszystkich naszych produktów, a zwłaszcza do tak ukochanego produktu jak DAVE 18 G3, który nadal znajduje się w naszym portfolio.
Czy może Pan wysłać nam e-mail, w którym szczegółowo opisze Pan, z kim się Pan kontaktował i co zostało zrobione?

Krytyka między innymi spowodowana jest tym, że mój Dave 18 uszkodził sie bardzo szybko po upływie 2 letniej gwarancji a był eksploatowany bardzo rzadko ze względu na pandemie.
Zdania swojego nie zmienię.
Kiedy było wiadomo, że uszkodzeniu uległy moduły UCD400 w sklepie, którym dokonałem zakupu sprzętu zaproponowano mi sprowadzenie na zamówienie nowych modułów UCD400 za kwotę 1700 PLN sztuka. W przypadku pary 3400 PLN, telefonicznie poinformowano mnie, że bez problemu wymienię je sam (naprawa tyczy się jedynie wymontowania starych i zamontowania nowych). Oczywiście nie zrobiłem tego. Poinformowano mnie również, że autoryzowany serwis jest w Niemczech.
Wtedy nie wiedziałem, że na całą Polskę jest jeden autoryzowany serwis oddalony o 300 km od mojego miejsca zamieszkania.
Sprzęt po gwarancji oddałem do innego serwisu na terenie Warszawy (stwierdzono uszkodzenie kanału niskotonowego 2x Hypex UCD400 pracujące w układzie mostkowym), napotkano problemy w zakresie schematów (autorski projekt UCD400 w dalszej produkcji, odmowa udostępnienia schematów dla serwisu).
Sprzęt był w 2 serwisach specjalizujących się w tej dziedzinie, gdzie nowa technologia, miniaturyzacja i brak schematów było powodem niepowodzenia podjętych prób napraw.
Tak się zakończyła moja przygoda z tego typu aktywnymi zestawami.
Jeśli znajdę chwilę czasu opiszę sytuację na podanego maila, w tym wypadku nic nie zmieni tego co się wydarzyło.

@@bazik444 bardzo źle, że doszło do tak szybkiej poważnej awarii. To ma być sprzęt Pro? Koszt naprawy 50% wartości nowego zestawu, więc nie opłacalna.
