@The_humble_one I bought a used Rapidstrike instead of a Turbine because I want to be able to access what I paid for and not have to rip it apart because they glued in so many spots, plus it still performs incredibly well (was barely used from the looks of it).

From what I could tell by looking at the internals of the rough cut and warden side by side, they both function the same way with the weird gear system but the rough cut has a thicker stronger plastic piece holding the gear system together and the gear teeth themselves look thicker and stronger than the warden’s. The warden’s gear either just dislodges which causes the lock up or the gear teeth just straight up break. Also the rough cut actually has a metal spring for the trigger while the warden uses a plastic leaf spring trigger which is even more of a bummer

Yes, it's a terrible design. I recently discovered that the cog wheel's teeth that's connected to the primer arm have broken off due to the amount of force required to pull back the plungers. Plastic cogs don't do well under pressure. Disassembling these blasters tells a much bigger story. It also wasn't easy to disassemble.

I almost bought one of these at Walmart because I thought it would just be a new rough cut and I didn't have one. After watching your videos, I learned to check reviews first. I'm glad I did because it turns out they are all failing. I ended up buying the rival shotgun (i dont remember its name off the top of my head but its the same pricepoint). Its my first rival gun, and I'm glad I bought it instead of this.

For two darts firing I have always prefer the Barrel Break and the Buzzbee Shotguns. Though they are old blasters, they are very cool in design, operation, EJECTING SHELLS! Nothing beats them so far

Everyone always talks about how good the rough cut is but mine broke in BOTH ways these wardens did. First the smart AR broke about a year ago, then about a week ago the priming handle snapped and it just slides back and forth without doing anything
This gun broke in me the first couple of HOURS I have used it. This gun had so much promise. If only the cocking mechanism wasn’t as flimsy and durable as paper.

At this point I’m convinced that Hasbro is intentionally making the Elite 2.0 line garbage so it would entice the GP to go for the Ultra line with all its “premiumness.” Even if Ultra is starting to improve, Hasbro should watch their backs. Dart Zone is breathing right down their necks.

@@ProfessorPhysics2 because a) there's no mod potential for many of the things, and b) most of what Nerf has been putting out recently has been reshells of other things or totally unnecessary. The Halo AR and the Motostryke have really been the only cool things that have come from Nerf this year. At least with the other companies and with the homebrew community new and interesting things have been happening. It's especially disappointing since last year we had new, cool things, even if mostly in the Rival line.

@@ProfessorPhysics2 because a) there's no mod potential for many of the things, and b) most of what Nerf has been putting out recently has been reshells of other things or totally unnecessary. The Halo AR and the Motostryke have really been the only cool things that have come from Nerf this year. At least with the other companies and with the homebrew community new and interesting things have been happening. It's especially disappointing since last year we had new, cool things, even if mostly in the Rival line.

You have to push the rest of the darts back in place after you shoot once. Air restrictors tend to wear out pretty quickly.

It's not tacticool at all. It breaks so much. I have watched 3 different RUclipsrs videos and ALL of them have broken Wardens. Sure, it looks nice, but if you have fake gold and you cant do anything with it, is it even worth it?
