Congratulations on 7000 subscribers. What a great milestone. I have never seen or heard of Gammon before but it looks incredible and I would love to try one over the Christmas season. My air fryer is one of my favorite pieces of kitchen equipment and yours is 1000x nicer. I have seen a Emeril Legasse air fryer that is very nice as well. Hi Tina I put my gammon in the slow cooker. Put the sugar etc on the bottom and sit the gammon on it and cook for I hour on high an 5 to 6 hours on low.
