I love your video! I live in Buda, and though it can be expensive, it just keeps growing! Plus, we have a forest right next to my house. It’s a great place to live and visit, especially Buda Fest. Many from different suburbs, sometimes even from Austin, come down to celebrate the holidays in our little town!

You, like so many, missed Buda's secret gem of a community. Coves of Cimarron. Section one especially nice with large lots, highly walkable, beautiful homes, large mature trees canopy, underground utilities. Homes rarely come on the market, and when they do, they're gone. We were incredibly fortunate to have bought into the neighborhood in 2002.

Buda resident here. Excellent access to healthcare including hospitals. We're a bedroom community at Austin's back door. Austin and its employment opportunities are 15-30 minutes up the road on SH 45. Buda retains tons of small town charm and has good city leaders and residents, who prioritize quality of life. I absolutely LOVE living here!

Buda isn't a Suburb of Austin, it is it's own city in a different county.

Yes! There are over 12 miles of hike and bike trails throughout the community! 🤯
