I live in Buda . Don't buy in sunfield . The taxes are very high. N after years of payments. That land will never be yours. Your life will be regulated. After you paid in full your house you will still need to pay the home owners association thousands of dollars forever. Don't do it. Buy land in Buda low taxes life no regulated.
