I learnt that I have amazing intuition.
I know it’s strange to hear this but as a doctor sometimes I use my intuition to guide my diagnoses when patients come in with non-specific symptoms or many incorrect diagnoses and I just get this feeling that there is something more I should explore.
Recently, I saw a 16 year old boy with huge lymph nodes in his neck and a non specific wet cough, night sweats and loss of weight. We live in an area endemic to TB so everyone thought it was TB, and he kept getting TB Treatment without any improvement of his symptoms, but I had a feeling this was something more sinister. I repeated his Chest X-ray, and referred him immediately to a tertiary institute, concerned that he had lymphoma.
Within the same weekend they did a biopsy for him, found out he had aggressive non-Hodgkins lymphoma and was stream-lined to get chemotherapy the very next week. And its all because God gave me this incredible intuition.
I have so many more instances where I was led by my intuition, and I have learnt to trust it so much.
I was shamed growing up for walking slow growing up. Really everything I do is at a slower pace than most people but I felt so ashamed of it that I stayed in a place of inadequacy my whole life. When I first heard you say to slow down and turn down the knob of my life I tried it ad was shocked that it worked but it was hard to stay there. I felt like I had to be at the same pace with other women as if they were all at the right pace. I'm learning that I am sensitive and emotional and on a slower pace of life and that is ok. I don't have to stay so masculine to fit in. When I'm on my own slower pace, I'm happy, loving, nurturing, kind, sensitive to others, seductive, and powerful. That is who I am and love to be. I feel so alive after this video. ❤💃🏽

I always regret when I don’t listen to my Intuition 😅 And I also made a huge inner work step for me recently. Yesterday, I got my ears pierced and it was so messed up, wrong and asymmetrical😂😭 and I had the courage to tell the piercer I didnt like the results. He corrected his mistake today. Old me could never 😂 I am so proud of myself❤️

I’m so sorry that happened. Medical gaslighting is a real issue and as a medical professional- ladies- if you ever experience this- then ask for their differential. It’s where they have to go through your symptoms and rule out possible conditions and they must complete certain tests to do so.
Advocate for yourself and yes!! Trust your intuition!! We know when something is off ☺️

4 minutes into the video and I am in shock listening to what you say! Intuition is very real and our body always lets us know before we actually know it in our heads. Happened to me with a guy I was dating to. I got sick for months, constant headaches and flus, and my defenses were so low. After I stopped talking to him, I never got sick again 😅
Alexis I love what you said about being shamed for looking at yourself in the mirror. As a teenager and little girl I would spend so much time looking at myself, grooming my hair, doing my makeup. But I was shamed and told that I was being vain and that my looks don’t matter. I didn’t realize I was carrying that around until this video. Thank you ❤️
Wow, the same thing happened to me. I would spend a lot of time in the mirror,, they even threatened to break the mirror.
My intuition has never once failed me, paired with the Holy Spirit. Usually, its about keeping me safe but...i have a fun story. I just bought a wedding dress, and tried on so many before finding the one. I saw it hanging on the hanger and when i touched it, I said "this is the one" before i tried it on. I put it on and started to cry. It was 100% the one. Even though it didnt look like much on the hanger, it was made for my body and my body knew it.
A feminine woman is connected to her body. The feminine energy inside of you if accumulated in a high concentration is highly intuitive and highly manifester
So if a woman is connected to her body it means she is in her feminine energy. Keep it going girl! You're on the right path

Being vulnerable here. I have been watching your channel and it has helped me heal by recognizing my trama, and value myself. I do yoga, workout, swim, dances etc. I’m a vegan.. and I thought this would heal me but it didn’t. It wasn’t until I acknowledged my traumas, and let go of the shame. I’m still working on letting go. It was this low self esteem that has attracted so many low vibrational experience that today I would not have entertained. You are heaven sent. Your voice is a guide in my life when making decisions. So grateful to have you as a healer.
Alexis I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Your videos have really helped shape me for the better. I'm 31, I have jumped to higher levels of self and it's shown on the outside. Everything lights up when I'm operating from my inner true self. My relationships are getting better and I'm really enjoying life. Thank you, keep being amazing and doing amazing things!! Also I get every parking spot every time, I became a supervisor at my dispensary within 4 months where I didn't have any of the on paper qualifications but I had something I wanted and circumstances moved to make it happened. If anyone can have it, why not me?

I absolutely agree with you, Alexis. When I realized I'm available for my desires and I allow myself to enjoy a pleasure at my fullest, gifts from God have come to my life and it felt so right to happen as my body always knows what's going to be in a future. I started oil painting, did mosaic panel, took a lesson of horse riding - things I've never done before. And a fun fact, as a dream is fulfilled, new random goals come to my mind

i just realized
that there is the divine feminine energy inside a woman. if it will be accumulated in a high concentration, it will manifest great things, it will provide great intuition. However, it is a highly flowy energy like water so it needs something to ground it. Therefore women take a small amount of feminine energy and convert it into masculine energy to ground it. Masculine energy is not flowy, it is solid like glass guarding water. But women can't transform all the feminine energy into masculine energy, because it will deprive the women from having feminine energy, she no longer can manifest, she can't no longer have her intuition.
For men, they have small amount of feminine energy so only a small amount of masculine energy can be transformed out of the feminine one so they need women. They need to give something to women in exchange for women feminine energy. For example, when men give protection to women, the women become more feminine, the feminine energy inside of her is growing larger, therefore the man takes the feminine energy, a part of it then transformed it into masculine energy. Masculine energy makes men feel good, makes men feel like men. Then when the man has more masculine energy, he can give it to the women, thus more masculine energy to guard the feminine energy from leaking inside the women . They are entangled together like yin and yang in a circle for eternity. They are attracted to each other because one can't exist without each other.
This is why women need to be loved and desired because she needs masculine energy to keep her feminine energy from leaking and flowing out of her body and this is why men need to feel needed because if women don't need him, he can't take her feminine energy and transform it into masculine energy (which makes them feel like men and good). Therefore he is left with little feminine energy and little masculine energy.

Meaning every women have this innate kind of power inside her body. The feminine energy is automatically generated. The masculine energy is generated from feminine energy
This is also the reason why women are the prize. In relationship, women are to be pursued and protected by men to guard the feminine energy and from the feminine energy, the masculine energy was forged.
If she ran out of feminine energy, no masculine energy can be generated. So both of them will not be attracted to each other. The men will leave for another feminine women who can supply them better
So women! Know your power! Stay in your feminine energy!

Hi Alexis, thank you so much for this video, one thing I realized is inner work and self-healing is a constant work. I thought I had healed when I started my journey earlier in 2023 and I stopped watching your videos for a while but kept on journaling recently I have been asking the universe to guide me and I resumed watching your videos last night and would binge watch a lot of today and I noticed I have not even scratch my inner work journey. I have a deep mother wound to heal like I resent my mom and I feel we can't fix it even if I try, do I go no contact, try the last time to say my mind before going no contact? I am confused about this and don't know how to heal this kind of wound. I don't have female friends, but I would appreciate it get a reply.

I have a question, what if you don't know what it feels like to "feel good"? I have been in a low vibrational phase since I was little, I grew up in it. My intuition was drowned out by my negative childhood. I'm trying to figure out how to hear it again, but I'm unsure how.
