People throw around fair use a lot, there’s a lot of people who claim something is fair use when it’s not. I would have to say this comfortably fits into fair use. The fact its a unique and well made mashup that creates something new and creative. Really an amazing job.

I like to think that all of these characters are present during the lone diggers massacre, like King Dice is fighting off guys who he was just dealing cards to, Legoshi is looking for Hal in the commotion, and Spinel is just going berserk.
