Great stuff Doc! Just suggest people keep spreading the word on Doc, whether family/friends or even in other RUclips comments. Personally, I think this advice will alleviate a lot of suffering, give many a longer lifespan, simplify lives and save people (and nations) a lot of money (plus make people more productive). But the message has to get out!
I'm planning on something very similar to this type of routine, but I'll be including fasting and my diet will be based on anti illness/disease and only nutrient focused. I will only eat organic real food. I like your material and I follow similar based on my Kanser research.
Dr. Rogers, I understand your reasons behind “no artificial sweeteners.” However, have you come across xylitol? It is said to be beneficial for dental health. In Finland, apparently they even give xylitol mints to kindergarteners after lunch. I am particularly interested because my infant son has Klinefelter Syndrome (XXY sex chromosomes), and individuals with this condition tend to be susceptible to dental issues.
I think he means packets…so some lettuce and a tomato and cucumber are all one ingredient whereas a tomato based sauce in a can may have other additives
Single ingredient means it really doesn't need a label to identify it. Lettuce, Romaine, spinach, arugula, tomato. You can use them all together. You shouldn't buy a bag of croutons full of chemicals and put them on top of your salad or pour pre-packaged salad dressing. This Dr is against all oils but if you must, 100% olive oil and 100% vinegar would be the go to. Also remember technically olive oil and vinegar are a processed food as they are not in their original state from nature before consumption
@ChaseTheSol of course... it was only a joke. However it is remarkable that Jesús choose some of his closest collaborators between fishermen. And he multiplied bread and fish. So, it seems to me that were part of his diet.
It's quite normal. This has been known for a long time from work of Dr Walter Kempner, epidemiology like China & Papua New Guinea, Dr John Mcdougall, Nathan Pritikin, etc. I made several lectures about protein. Dr Mcdougall has a very good "protein mastermind" lecture.
Working on it but need to be very disciplined and I really like chocolate. Can't wait to see all the weight loss advice!

Don't forget adding white refined sugar. It makes wonders!

What about green tea or matcha. Do you advise against drinking that as well?
Check out his all of his videos, even the early ones which I really like. The tea :: fluoride up take is a problem. Just go back and look around.

I love salads however to make them, they need more than one ingredient. Does that rule salads out?

Please can you speak about chronic atopic dermatitis
"No alcohol"? Jesus turned water into wine... it can't be that bad😊
Parable. You have to read the Bible as an allegory. Not literal

@ all up for interpretation. I personally don’t take it all that seriously but many will say that’s allegory too
10% protein is nuts

Mother milk contains 5-6% protein. That's enough for babies to double their bodyweight in six months
