Always happy to hear a mostly favorable honest unbiased opinion about things Vietnam because the country has become my way of life being here the past 30 years. I did a Bamboo round trip Saigon Hanoi about a month ago. The uniforms are like as you described the flight crew but at least on my flight the attendants were very friendly. But sometimes hard to tell for average people since being a westerner who speaks pretty good Vietnamese I always get at least a double helping of smiles! Thank you again for the video!

Hi Kevin. Another super reiview. Bamboo seats must be good. The only time I've flown on an Embraer has been on ineter European flights in boyj business and econnmy and although there were alright I wouldn't ravr about them. There again I wouldn't rave about any European flight. Cramped and cheap but a hight price is my experiance. One excetion to that was a fkight frm Manchester to Glasgow many years ago on a SAAB. 1 + 2 seating in real comfortable leather seats. keep them coming my friend 🙃🙃🙂🤩
I'm one of the few that doesn't mind Euro Business. Depending on the airline there are times I'd rather have the standard seat with middle seat blocked compared a crappy 2-2 seat. Not saying it's better, but just that I don't mind it. Thanks for watching 🩴
I'm flying SGN-DAD on their E190 today. My first time on an Embraer and I'm so excited. For me, I slightly prefer QH's crew to VNA. However, their price is always more expensive than VNA, so I usually choose VNA. But the price I booked for my today's flight was surprisingly lower than VNA, although it's Tet holiday period. I don't advice foreigners travelling to Vietnam to fly with them right now, they're having a problem with their app and website, and it's not easy to contact with them

If you’re looking for a ‘normal’ vacation and not one that is defined by Tết you should avoid all travel in the country in the 7 days preceding and following it.

Unfortunately, Phu Quoc is suffering from the lack of domestic customer. Many foods and hotels are overpriced, so Vietnamese people don't travel to Phu Quoc as much as they did.
PQ was never fully reliant on domestic traffic prior to covid. Certain country wide decisions I won’t discuss have prevented the return of international tourists which is what’s truly hurting the island.

4-6 months in advance is generally best for domestic flights unless you are booking within 2 weeks of Tết, in which case book as early as possible.
