Doing Good Till The Phone Rang 😞

- Just starting to get a little bit done and the phone rings. Everything said don’t answer but l did. Not the best choice l made and l explain why?
I am currently in another state, l am nowhere near where this phone call came from incase you wonder why l didn’t do anything.
Pushing through l managed to complete what l started with the help from Griffin my dog. I have plans to make changes to the van and the bed is one of them.
Let me know what size bed l should do?

I'm 72 living in a van with a cat.
Sometimes it's a challenge. I have no family but manage.
I follow the temperatures. Spring/Summer in high elevation. Winter in high desert.

I’m definitely fortunate to have family and some great friends in my life. It can be a challenge but we do the best with what we have.
I would like to go up to the warmer weather but for now l will tough out the cold as emotionally I am better off here at the moment.

I use a blow up air mattress from Kmart only $25 sooo comfy had it for a few years now l just covered it with a blanket so my dogs couldn't pop it with their nails - just have to fill it up with a bit more air every now and then as l do like it blown up all the way 💜

The overall wish that I hope you take away from this is that it is OK to be yourself. It's OK to learn how to be happy on your own, so stop trying to be who you think others want you to be. You are beautiful, strong, smart and follow your heart. AND you are so BLESSED to have 2 wonderful loving dogs who KNOW YOU ARE their reason for living.🐶🥰🙏🏻😁
Yes l need to be myself and certainly not what others want me to be, I am trying hard to get better and let go of the fear of being judged as l was for a long period of time. Thank you for your kindness and having the dogs around always puts a smile on my face. 🙏🩷

Big thank you Kayla, everyone has weaknesses but we all have incredible strengths that we find when need them. I want to share my life with the hope others see me as just another person dealing with the pain of losing the things l loved but being grateful for what l do have.
We all deal with it differently but our struggles are the same. I’m tired too, though lm not trapped anymore except lm trapped living with trauma. That I know l can overcome in time but l know that feeling of being trapped and that can’t change till you can feel free. Freedom is wonderful.
Please don’t feel embarrassed, you are doing what you do to survive, that is hard and why you’re tired.
Yes we do have a lot of wetlands and yes there are some swamps as well. Crocodiles are more common up the top of Australia, so I haven’t run into any thankfully. 😅

You can't carry the weight of your family on your shoulders. Send your grandson a letter. Yes. A letter. Tell him you love him. He is growing up and has to understand responsibility. You have a beautiful van. Take care of yourself first and foremost. Then you can help others. I send restful wishes to you.
That is true, l am trying to make changes in my life and I have reached out to my grandson but at this time he is still angry.
When l left, l left him and I just couldn’t avoid that due to my what was happening to me. I hope as he matures he will understand why.
I am not going to tell him exactly what happened to me, as l feel this would be too much at this time. He is a teenager and the most difficult time in his life.
I love him dearly and always will, he will always know that.

Thank you for doing what you do and being who you are. You are enough. Its hard to make sense of life. It really humbles us sometimes but one cant live day in and day out giving up oneself for ungrateful people. Focus on you. Focus on your children, grand children but leave the problem person out of it. Distance yourself from the problem and focus on the solution.

I am as faraway as possible, though it was home to me for 34 years and I miss it but having this distance was the best thing I did.

Your van looks so comfortable. Teenagers are hard to deal with. I have one, and I let her talk to me with little judgment. Sometimes they need a safe place and a person like you❤❤
They are difficult and such a difficult time for them to get through. My grandson has not lived the best life with his mother and l worry about that a lot. You’re right in what you say, if only his mum took the time with him. I miss him everyday 🙏💜

has your family ever considered a service dog for your grandson with anxiety? I have one that is able to help me before I get overwhelmed and have not had a full blown attack in five years now thanx to her
I think that is something that would be a great thing to do for him. 🙏💜
@@AVanADogAndMyself it is a true blessing for those who have them Stella is now able to destract me long before an attack even starts she is able to smell the beginning of them, she is also to alert up to nine hours before to a migraine coming and also to blood pressure going too high or too low

may i offer a suggestion? throw out all that "demonic" stuff you are holding onto ..dreamweaver etc. Then ask God our true Creator to give you strength and wisdom. It is NOT your fault that you are not strong. Obviously your parents did NOT "harden you up"

If you believe in God and Jesus, then you know that you are not the one who should be judging anyone. You are to worry about yourself, and not push your ways or opinions on others. It is everyone's choice to live as they choose, not as others want them to live. Have you listened to her back story? If you had, then you would not be judging her. She has escaped from a very abusive situation, and if surviving that isn't being hardened, then I don't know what is. Perhaps take a moment to be compassionate, loving and caring to others, as our God would want you to be.
