I’ve been loving the app. Waiting for certain features but in the meantime I’m working thru the 51 animation exercises list. I’ve got probably 50 animations in my gallery. I’ve done maybe two that I’m pleased with. Love your content, been devouring it and it helps soooo much. Like I was trying to animate a blink and it was just not right. Watched your blink tutorial and bam, the blinks are right on. Thanks for any extra content for Dreams! You da man!

I bought your $1 course a couple of days ago, and I just bought the app. $19.99 is such an amazing price! Adobe would have charged $19.99 per month! Kudos to ProCreate!!
I just started an animation by importing an audio track, and now the fun begins! But I'm so excited!
I've had TV Paint for about 3 years, and have barely used it. I'm so intimidated by it. But this app has me feeling like I can actually do something without the same steep learning curve of a big time fancy pants program like TVP.
I still want to learn TVP because I'm sure it can do things ProCreate can't do, but I'm loving these tutorials, Aaron! Thank you for being the best traditional 2D animation ambassador on the internet!

Aaron. I absolutely love your stuff! You’ve been a huge source of both inspiration and instruction over the past year. I purchased your membership recently!
With the spirit of camaraderie and support, I wanted to suggest some feedback.
Your methodology of introducing the concept, playing your animated introduction, introducing the concepts that you’re going to be going over once more, and finally diving into the material are nice, but a bit slow and antiquated in the new social media environment.
This video really should start with the first frame of minute one. The first minute of this video is entirely superfluous.
Ironically, not only would it be more helpful for your viewers to get into the meat of the content quicker - but it actually be less effort for you as well.
Just a thought. Stay well, and I hope business and art continue going well for you!

Great tips, bought the course, can't wait to find time to listen to it. One idea on the fade in, I would think to shorten it, you don't have to decrease the clip length. Just slide the opacity keyframe at the end, over to the left (as long as it is going to 0 it should not matter.)

Your fade in technique is smart, but it does highlight for me how easy it would be for Procreate to just add "Fade to black etc" as options if iMovie can have it. That's such an immediate drop in for other video editing it's a little silly you have to manually do it.

Lacking lacking lacking, this program is disappointing and lacking so many features. Everyone is hoping for updates to fix basic needs. If you spent money on this program, you'll find that everything has to be a workaround and example is if you want to adjust your brushes, you have to do it in procreate and then import them into procreate dreams. This is ridiculous. If you do an animation like a bird flying, and then export the animation with a clear background, so you can add it on top of some footage you cannot do that in this program, you cannot export animations with a clear background to composite part. This program is very very laggy. Wish someone would've told me this before I spend the money on this program.
