Planned on picking up this game for the switch when it releases. Really excited to learn how to play since I dont really play fighting games other than ssbu.
I'm in the same position as you! I really like the look of UNICLR, the only problem is that I'm used to always being in the air in Smash because you don't get punished easily for it (e.g. you can fast fall, air dodge for invincibility, aerials often have priority over ground attacks) but in UNICLR and most other fighting games other than maybe DBFZ it looks like it's worse to be in the air, so I'll have to force myself to not jump as much and stuff like that
I can't believe I finally reached that point in my life where I'm rooting for the phonon player. It's ok I guess, at least Clim used to main Merk. So at least he used to be cool.
@@achair7958 Safe to say that she isn't the MOST unfun to fight against, but she's pretty high up there. But what really gets to people about her is that despite being a character with gigantic buttons, she had a lot of tools that all the other zoners would kill to have, like a 5f 2A, a reversal (even if it is metered) and an overhead that's obscenely safe to throw out. She lost her 5f 2A in the new version though lol
@@achair7958 Most people will say Yuzuriha. She has near full screen frametraps and sideswitch teleports. Even without that she's still pretty hard to jump in on thanks to her 5C and her parry. Fighting her turns the match into a game of red light green light. But the new version made her even more awful to fight. She can meaty with an unblockable in vorpal now, like what the fuck?
