Really? Giving it to your opponent and then ramming it for a hilarious amount of card advantage would be my first guess for how to make it actually useful, and if you want to turn that into a victory Exodia is in turn the most obvious way.

Older than _ritual._ Back in the day, most of what it was used for was to combo with Appropriate and that was the best caveman Yugioh could do befoew giving up on it. Giving a monster of your choice to your opponent like that wasn't even contemplated back then. (Mostly because Mystic Box came out decades after it would've mattered...)

Ceruli + lucent for summon bistro to opponent field
and add 1 parl for backup
Infernity knight for extra monster if you need suicide for bistro

Deck list ?
Just normal dark world but you add exodia, backup soldier, bistro butcher and infernity knight
To send bistro you need ceruli 3x (for consistency) and 2x lucent
but add parl for backup plan if bistro sent to graveyard. But i dont recomend to play this, this just lucky😅😅😅
