Great description of meditation. Going down, down, into the depths of Tiamat, the Great Mother Ocean of all Being. Sinking to the sense of being held by the stillness while the commentary, the movement, the storm may be going on, on the surface. Yes. Just watching it. We are the wave on the ocean, or, more truly, the ocean is water and we are the water also. xo

My first belief is that my thoughts are true. So, I ask: Are they? Can I be sure? Is there a possibility
that they are not true? What would it mean if they are not true? Then I go to the only thing I can know. I am. So, my belief that my thought is true, this thoughts which shift and change cannot be true because only the I am stays with me. My thought may appear true now. But will it appear true in one hour? Maybe. Maybe not. Stay with the I am. Watch the thought. Allow and Allow as Jenny says.

Thank you 🙏 it will be lovely to spend August with you both. These teachings have changed my life from one of searching for peace to living in peace in acceptance of what is in each moment. Am now following what I am energetically drawn to in the moment, living in celebration. Thank you Evolve. 💃🩵
