Loved this! The pressure that women have to bravely carry of being "strong" and "self-sufficient" is accidentally pushing us into loneliness. Unable to share our struggles for fear of looking "weak," or "not woman enough" to face and fight through our problems. Didn't realize this also has a direct correlation on how female friendships suffer. Great video.
All so true - the worst part though reaching out & always being rejected receiving judgement to be needy makes asking for help an impossible task! Until your back breaks you wouldn’t do it anymore…
