omg!!!!!Matt i made this today for dinner and this dish is amazing;foget about cooked pasta..who needs cooked ravioli when u have healthy raw, clean eating living foods like this....YOUR A BLESSING! i ran out of wraps i hope u still sell them on your site.
You could also just layer the wraps to make a lasagna with the sauce in between the layers.... Or you could roll whole wraps up like manicotti shells. Recipe looks great!
i make rawvioli “cheese” with primarily sunflower seeds, and some ( maybe 4-1) pine nuts, and the combination is superb. With green onions and parsley. Natural sunflower lecithin? The best wrappers are turnip rounds, just softened. Funny, i looked all over for the first time I saw “rawvioli” on green chefs, but it’s been disappeared. And only this old video came up, as any kind of recipe.
This looks amazing. Quick question, about how many pine nuts did you start with that it turns into 3 cups when soaked? Do you know how many cups of pine nuts come in the one pound bag (before soaking)? Thanks!
all that oil and nuts? this is way too dense to be healthy except as an appetizer ... just eat one or two ... and super expensive to have as a meal anyway and hard on the digestion ... what were you thinking? Gourmet yes, clean well not exactly.
All those nuts.. and you ate that kind of food everyday?? No wonder you developed digestive issues! Every raw foodist knows we can't eat gourmet, high fat/heavy protein food all the time. 80% should at least be fruit!
