Wow, so thorough! 😊 thank you! I think that the D-Joy is more versatile and unique looking. BOTH beautiful bags though, I’ll see how I like the D-joy first.❤ been eyeing the matte version for a more casual hardy everyday bag.
Agreed - I’ve been really surprised at how much I’ve enjoyed the D-Joy. I somewhat baby mine because of the latte color; otherwise, it’s a pretty easy going bag.
I absolutely love your video. Very thorough and educational. I have been eyeing for a Lady Dior for years but decided to go with Lady D-Joy only because it is so versatile and can be used in a more casual setting.
Ehhh - I know some people are really into the Caro, but it’s never been a style that’s really done much for me. Some of the colors it’s available in are beautiful though…
I actually posted a 1 year review of my latte lady d joy a few days ago (your question was inspiration for that video, so thank you 😀). I don't have anything to report on the wear and tear...no damage to the leather, no popped stitches, interior still looks great (thanks to an organizer), but I do have some scratches on the O of the D-I-O-R charms on the front. All in all, I have zero complaints on the wear and tear - feel free to check out that video to see close-ups of the bag.
Depends on how you’re looking to use the bag. My initial reaction is to say 1 is enough (unless you REALLY love the style) because different variations serve a similar use-case (and even for me, I rotate my white and red one to serve the same purpose); however, the larger sizes (medium and large) would serve a different purpose, so there’s more of an argument there.
@@simply_her_perspective I’m very petite and own the mini lady Dior but there is something about the my abc small that I like. At this point I don’t know if it worth to have 2.
Ehhhhh - you may find it to be too similar to the mini (especially for the price now); however, if you REALLY love the Lady Dior style, you could make an argument that the My ABC is larger (so you could use it more as an everyday bag), it can be dressed up or down (the leather strap can be styled more casually vs the mini), etc. Something to think about, for sure 🤔 What color are you thinking in the My ABC?
Wow what an incrediblely thorough and informative video. I'm not actively on the hunt for either of these bags, but I learned a lot from your video!
Thank you - there are so many little things to know about these styles 🤍❤️✨

Thanks - glad it was helpful! Enjoy your Lady D Joy 🤩 Which color did you go with?
@@simply_her_perspective Thank you. I went with the powder pink. I am just worried about any colour transfers though

Thank you - glad you liked it ❤️✨
Very thorough review! Thanks for the comparison. What are your thoughts on the Dior Caro?

@@simply_her_perspective Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Any time 😁✨
Where's your organiser from for the d joy?
Samorga - in case you’re interested, you can use SIMPLY2023 for 20% off (it’s non-affiliated) 😀✨
I love lady d joy better !!!! Very stylish!!!!
That half looking rectangular bag is not appealing and it’s too small but I love the original my lady dior and would like it in medium and small
It’s certainly a different take on a classic - thanks for the comment ✨
How’s the wear and tear on the white d joy?

Regardless of sizes or style. Do you think the lady Dior is worth to have more than 1 bag in your collection?
