    Great video again. Always wanted to catch & keep a sturgeon. Very tasty as was said. Shad is extremely popular in the east. Multi-use species; food and great sturgeon bait!

    Shad are also very tasty (you just have to watch out for the bones) and high in omega 3fatty acids, often called poor mans salmon. They have no catch limit (just don't take more then you can use!) smoke and can well. Very nice.
