Thank you for the info... do you think it would it look okay to put cabinet pulls of length of 6.31" on 16" drawers?

Yes! Having it be 1/3 of the drawer would be a good ratio. That’s slightly on the long side but put tape on there in the length and see how you like it.

Where do you suggest pull placement on trash or base pullout. Should i install on stile or below to match other cabinets.

If you can do the same as the other cabinets that will typically look the best!
