    When I recovered from Long Covid, releasing my repressed anger was the final part that allowed my energy to come back. I had to heal my body first, but then I was left with Chronic Fatigue. Feeling and expressing your repressed emotions is essential to having a healthy body and mind x

    There was a lot of emotional stress in our childhood and our parents' childhood. I was the sponge that soaked it all up, but my sister was always running, running. I recently realised that if she wasn't running somewhere, she was running away from something. I think it was her coping method.
