    First, wow! Great video! I love when you said that it's been 2 years and you are still learning. I agree 💯. I've had my surgery 6 months ago and I can tell that I still have a lot to learn and as women our bodies change with age, etc. About the farts, I had VSG and I haven't had any problems with farting, but I noticed that when I fart a lot and its smelly, I really need to poop 💩. You may want to consider a probiotic for improved digestion.

      The farts situation started 1 year, maybe 1 year 6 months after surgery. I don't go to the toilet every day, so I might consider taking probiotics.

    What a wonderful summary of your journey! With regard to the gas/farting - there may be a number of causes eg. certain foods that your body doesn't digest as easily. Some foods are just like that so have a look at your diet. For me milk (even lactose-free milk) makes me fart like a cow in the fields! 🤣

      😂😂😂😂 yesss I think I have to slow down on the hummus (chickpeas) and plantbased yogurt (soja), all this makes me gassy 😂😂😂

    Do you feel like your GBP(tool) is still working for you and if so, in what way - maintenance or continued weight loss or do you feel like you’re back to having to focus on dieting like before GBP?

    • @simplycaridad
      @simplycaridad  4 месяца назад +2

      Yes, GBP still works for me. I still get nauseous when I eat too much, so that's how I know the tool is still helping me. It helps me in a way to maintain my weight, so if I want to lose weight I have to focus on dieting. In other words it no longer helps me to lose weight.

      @@simplycaridad That has been my experience also after having surgery 12/28/2022. It feels like it is helping me maintain and I have to be very mindful of what I eat in order to continue losing. Thank you and congrats on your success!

    apparently the Farts smelling very bad, is normal... your not the first person to say that,...I want to ask if your stomach rumbles?? and if it ever did after the weight loss?

    • @simplycaridad

      Oh okay, glad I am not the only one. After the surgery, my stomach started to rumble, but I don't have much trouble. Is not every day.
