On PCVR you can use the "Streamer Cam" setting which lets you record a different view when you ADS. My view in raid though is unchanged and the same as everyone else's.
Sorry I am pretty much just a solo player, with the occasional squad game with buddies from a discord I am in. I do run community days though if you are looking to play together sometime 🙌
