😂 Totally true. You are going to like the video I recorded last night I think (won't be posted until 9/30 though) I had a crazy fight and some crazy adrenaline shakes after it...im still shaking this morning thinking about the raid haha

Wow nice reflexes on the last two guys. Yes I love those little sights, they are so clean looking and seem more precise to me as to where the bullet lands. Also would have been nice to see more of the loot you got from them geartech backpacks. Didn't Hardley get to see their guns or contents inside

I think the blue ones are bullet proof. The wood ones are not. And the glass ones are bugged and sometimes things go through and sometimes they don't 😆That's been my experience at least.

At like 4 min when you saw the duo at radio... I think you actually took damage from your ricochet
Oh I like this theory, so did some investigating at .25 playback speed (which makes my voice sound hilarious btw 😆) I think I definitely got hit by the player, because the damage showed up before I backed up and shot the crap out of the railing. Though I have killed myself with my own bullets before...that death sucked.

at 13:00 when you were confused about the grenade i think its that if it doesnt touch the ground before you kill them it wont explode

In your bunker you do regenerate health, it’s just not instant. It’s slow regeneration and I believe it’s the same with food and water just slower
Yeah that's true, I wish there was a way to upgrade it to recover faster. It's a pain waiting for it sometimes 😂

I would recommend playing on Silo (6players) or Day Island (12players) when starting out. Silo is good for learning the game and gun mechanics and getting use to PvP. Island is my favorite map and has a good mix of everything on it. The other maps are good but a bit harder to learn and survive on, so I would skip them until you are more comfortable in the game.
In the beginning focus on being patient and just surviving some raids. This means sometimes you will let a trio run past you while you hide because it's not a good fight to take. Or if you see someone coming towards you, you will wait patiently to take the shot until there's no good cover for them to get behind.
Naked runs are a great way to learn the game while not risking anything. Naked runs on silo are pretty viable, since there are lots of guns laying around. On Island I would normally recommend bringing in some sort of kit.
As for a kit, always at least bring a backpack in even for naked runs. Sling bags are cheap and you never know what you might find.
Pretty much any gun is viable to use, since the TTK is so low. So experiment and find what you like, you can test out guns in the market for free. Though I only use guns that can take an AK rail or have rails built in because iron sights are pretty tough to use on any map besides silo.
Play cautiously and slow, don't worry about sitting for a while to camp a spot if you hear someone near you (tree camping is your friend) Be prepared to die a lot and not get many kills when starting out. When I started out I died every raid. But the game gets a lot easier once you play enough to memorize the spawn locations and the general routes players take.
As for looting, I would just take everything you can. But especially look for attachments like lasers and silencers, attachments usually have the best $$ for their size ratio.
Also if you join the official discord, you can team up with other players (squads make this game a good bit easier). Their discord also has designated players that specifically help new players learn the game by playing with them. If you are 18+ I can get you an invite to another Tabor discord I am in that is also a great spot to find trustworthy teammates.
I know I have more tips, but that's all I can think of right now. Hope you enjoy the game and if you want to share your experiences here as you get into the game feel free to! I really enjoy hearing everyone's game stories especially from new players 🙌

I feel like i have an extreme case of Parkinsons dusease...thats how i describe the jittery lag....it sucks bc it's making the dsync off and it makes the kills somewhat unfair...i watched the guy i killed...die and his body disappear and then somehow his bullet still went off and killed me.
Oooph yeah getting killed by a dead player like that is so frustrating. Was this recently? I saw they have made some announcements about investigating laggy server issues, so at least they seem aware of a problem.

I use DaVinci Resolve 👍It's super robust and I barely know anything that I am doing, but it works 😆

@@TacticalTomfooleryYT Ah it's a PCVR setting in the game. There's a "Streamer" settings tab on the PC version that has options to add the watch and stuff.

😂 I get this comment a lot. It's a combination of being old and the adrenaline rush when playing Tabor. I also have noticed my VR hands are a lot more sensitive to movement when I play games using airlink. I swear my hands are not this shakey in real life haha.
