If anyone in the comments is wanting to stay healthy and exercise but they don't like the gym remember you can always ride a bike or play tennis or take a ballet class or jump rope. Going to the gym can be boring to some people so maybe pick up an activity you are interested that also involves being physically active. That can make exercising so much easier.
also you can clean a smoother easier if you turn it on with water in it then empty it once or twice.

Also, as someone that works at 4 am, I PROMISE YOU the world won't hate you if you wake up later on in the morning like 8/9am.. There is NO reason to wake up this fucking early if you don't have to. Stop letting social media make you think you have to wake up early, build a house by 7 am, etc. BE YOURSELF.
The less you focus on these stupid trends and start caring more about being your GENUINE self, you'll be HAPPIER.
Also you live in California... it's not cold there. When it is -7+ with -30 windchill, you can say that's cold. Otherwise, anything under 50 isn't cold
