I used this in my folder for my first Battle Network tournament. I already liked the chips alone as well as the R code, but this PA was just the icing on the cake
I just built a folder with this Program Advance yesterday, and didn't have the slightest clue that BlueMoon pierced Invis and also worked as an Uninstall, so I'm definitely keeping it around now. Meteors by itself has proven to be really useful, and Atk+30 can be absolutely deadly with certain chips, especially if they de-cross opponents.
Good PA, good chip setup, hard to avoid. The only real weakness of this chip is the range it has so it's a bit hard to line the shot to get the best out of it. Overall one of the better PAs in 6.
SunMoon does 700 damage, Meteor (or Shooting Star if you're feeling fancy) with +30 and maximum claimed area also does 700 damage, or (40+30)x10 damage. SunMoon also full cracks the enemy area, and inflicts Uninstall, meaning it's much more valuable to go for the PA if you're able to get a stun on the opponent, such as with a JudgeMan * or using WhiteCapsule.
I mean yeah. Built a folder once with these 3 chips and didn’t even realize I had a cool PA until I was done building. Was a cheesy Roll folder

Even just area grab Meteor ATK+30 can be devastating on Tomahawk or Grass Panels. Then if you happen to draw Uninstall even better.

Uninstaller doesnt affect dim chips so I dont think anyone would have discovered that PA by chance
