Hi Josh, I just received my TOEFL scores and I got 100/120, which is just what I need to study abroad. I'm from Colombia, and I feel very proud of my scores because just 4 months ago, I was at a B1 level. I studied with your videos and one of your courses. As you can see from this comment, my English is still not perfect, but I want to thank you and your team. It's not impossible for someone at a B1 level to jump to a C1 score-just keep studying! :)
Congratulations and thank you for your kind words. It means A LOT. If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you say the same thing at this link - sotellus.com/r/tst-prep/? It will help people on Google learn about my site, TST Prep. Thanks again!
Dear Josh and the team from the channel, I just want to say that you have helped me a lot and made this experience significantly easier, normally I never write comments but I want to express my gratitude for your materials and work. I wish you all the best in life. I am not a native English speaker and I needed toefl test to apply for university. I went to TOEFL 3 times, the first time I went to the toilet even though I didn't know that the exam was still going, I just couldn't stand the pressure, even though I had over 23 points in all categories except listening, which I did not pass. The next time I was so stressed and I just screwed up the reading. The third time I had a total of 94 points and managed to get the desired result, don't give up. I just want to tell everyone that before the exam, get a good night's sleep and calm down because the exam itself is not difficult, I believe that everyone can achieve the desired result with practice. For everybody, no worries, YOU GOT THIS! The best tips are to use Grammarly to correct mistakes, record yourself while speaking, practice reading regularly, and prepare while listening to background noise for some time. Lastly, big thanks once again to dear Josh and everyone on this channel.
Congratulations and thank you for sharing. If it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you leave your review at this link - es.trustpilot.com? It will help people on Google learn about my site, TST Prep. Thanks again!
Hello Josh and the team behind TST Prep TOEFL, thanks a lot for these videos on RUclips. The sample questions helped me a lot for practising the 4 sections asked in the paper. The tip videos are great, specially the templates for speaking and writing. Using those templates made me feel more confident and helped me to organise my thoughts. I got a score of 116/120 after a month of preparation (Reading - 30, Listening - 29, Speaking - 27, Writing - 30). In the last 2 days I watched all your tips videos and tried to go through as many speaking and writing topics as possible through your videos and other resources as I felt that I was not very confident in speaking and writing. As you suggested, I recorded my voice and typed the writing tasks in a text file to assess myself and improve. Your videos and the ToEFL iBT book helped a lot, and I am grateful to you for helping me get a decent score. Thank you

All thanks to the tips and templates I followed on your channel, the past few months I’d solely depended on your videos for my TOEFL journey and I can’t thank you enough! Wish you all the best, sir🙏🏻
hey hey heyyy Josh! I would like to take a time and thank you very sincerely for all your content, i literally just had less than a week to prepare due to my tight schedules, circumstances etc, but i was able to make it work somehow! I got R20, L17, S28, W23, 88/120, which is actually the minimum required score for my institute to get enrolled for the master classes! This could not have been possible without your content, i just watched your videos and went through couple of practice tests from the official ets website! Speaking is what was kinda sceptical about but that's what i got the highest score by just following your templates! I definitely messed up the listening part, especially because i screwed on time management, i couldn't attempt few questions as i ran out of time but nevertheless i'm very content with whatever i scored within such short amount of time! I do appreciate you, i do okay! Take care Josh! Keep doing what you are doing:) 🙏

hi, I'm not a native speaker and i try everything to improve my speaking, but my brain just gets blank whenever it's speaking part...what should I do? It really makes me nervous that I won't take the exam.
Hi there and you're not alone! Lots of students feel the same way. It's weird to speak "on command". The best cure I know for this is to practice in a TOEFL-like situation, record your response and try to get used to those weird settings by continuing to practice every day. Hope that helps!
I've been recording myself for a few months, and it really makes a difference, so I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get a good score on the TOEFL speaking section

Hey Josh !! I know it is not a good place to ask but I have seen your DouLingo full course videos. From the start to ( read then write question type ) I couldn't find rest of them. Could you please tell me where can I find them ??
Hi! I've been doing some tst tests but I wonder how similar they are from the official toefl exam. I mean, is the official exam harder than those practices?
We do everything possible to make this the same level of difficulty as the actual TOEFL test. We have an in-depth internal process along with experienced curriculum developers. With all that being said, most of the feedback from students is that these are approximately the same level of difficulty or slightly easier than the actual test.
Hi there and good question. You can give two reasons or you can give one, it's up to you. I actually like to give one reason and one example but a lot of students find it difficult, so they prefer two reasons, it totally up to you
@@ParwizRaeeskhail-fu2xh You can get useful feedback from GPT or any other AI, but keep in mind that on the real test, your responses will graded by AI and human graders, so the feedback and the score will be different. Hope this answers your question.

My English level is pre-intermediate and I want to pass toefl. But i don't know when. Next year when i'll be in 11th grade or after 11th grade. Please tell me when it will be better to pass?
Hi, and thanks for your question. It depends on what you mean by pass the TOEFL. It is not a pass-fail test. It is scored between 0 and 120 points. The first step is the figure out how many points you need for your school or program. If you can provide some more information, I would be happy to offer you some general advice.
Thanks for the question. It is possible. It would depend on how much stammering there is and if you can still complete the answer with the majority of the information.
