I had fun watching your quick video of yanking out a radiator. I have the same car and have replaced a lot of crap on it, and know its no easy task with these cars. Great video.
I love the way you can work on this entire car with mole grips and a couple of spanners. That makes the 2000-04 generation of Hyundai Accidents the best car in the world IMO!
Good work, but when flushing the coolant system, you need to turn the heat on full blast to ensure the old coolant from the heater core is flushed out as well
Hi, I need to do this on my 2004 model accent. Just to clarify the flushing procedure...do you fill it with both water and a cleaner, run the car and then turn the car off, empty/drain and then refill with the plain water, run car again, and then empty last time and then refill with the coolant that stays in thee radiator and then it's job down?
Glad you made this video. Older model accents don't have too many video producers. Probably because they're old (made before smartphones and RUclips), a pain to work on, and are unreliable. Glad you had a tripod and everything too.
@@wittneybeckstead5763 Thanks for the reply.Yes.I forgot to mark the small lines. One is longer than the other.I ended up asking someone and they said those 2 lines may be basically interchangable since it is a simple cycle of hot n cold liquid.

A pain to work on? They are the cheapest and easiest car in the world to fix when you have no expertise and only a few tools. I love mine!
Nice job, I'm hyundai accent fan too
They are awesome! My 2000 Accent costs me next to nothing to run and drives like a go-kart!
Great vid, thanks!
