Old tradition is better and too thick, people are health conscious seeing the amount of refined flour used spikes up your sugar but the concept is good can be good for other recipes Happy cooking ❤

I don't think you realize how unhygienic gloves actually are. They retain bacteria and dirt more than bare hands. Hands are easily cleaned during the cooking process. And why would he wear gloves when he is cooking at home?

Now that semi Cooked parothas available perhaps we can sand which the aloo masala between paranthas and bake fry
I do that with frozen rotis. Just wet the sides so they stick together and cook with little oil.
This method is for them who don't know how to roll roti or paratha 😅
