@@JustLexx the taste and flavor were great! Definitely a keeper. The crust was so good. I used pink lady apples and they were just right. I thought it was going to be too sweet like the peach one but it wasn’t. I think the difference was using fresh apples versus canned peaches in heavy syrup. Next time I will use frozen peaches and see if it cuts the sweetness.
Yes, frozen peaches are definitely the way to go because you can make your own sauce. Glad you enjoyed it!☺️

I literally JUST finished making this and it is probably my favorite dessert I've ever made. I usually have to modify recipes to my taste but this was literally perfect (my dough didn't fully rise though :/ too much liquid maybe?). But seriously, my sister and I do an apple pie contest on Thanksgiving and I wanna modify this into a pie filling because I would DESTROY her (as long as you're okay with me stealing it lol)
