They do Breakfast, Lunch and possibly an early Dinner but are best known for their breakfast and their… Drumroll please… Bagels, which are the same style as the ones you’d find in NYC. They even go as far as having a plug in the city that sends them water daily in order to achieve this. Long story short, their bacon, egg and cheese in an Everything bagel stands head and shoulders above anything else you’ll find in Kingston and their bagels make the rest of the ones you’d find in town seem like they were all made by people who lost both their arms and tastebuds in a tragic dough mixing accident.
Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel is my breakfast go to. A local place here is only open until 4pm and they get their eggs from a local farmer so sometimes they’re out of eggs by noon if I want a second 😢

they have breakfast sandwiches in the rest of the us but like a bacon egg and cheese on a kaiser roll from a bodega/deli is definitely a very north eastern experience. When i lived in michigan we had a decent bagel spot that would do a BEC on a bagel, but no kaiser rolls.

Make it at home, store are skimpy on the bacon. At home put way more bacon two or 3 slices of Kraft cheese and 2 large eggs, can be over easy so the you explodes when you bite into it or scrambled however you like it. Toast the rolls add mayo or butter and ketchup or hot sauce, construct the whole sandwich and enjoy. Way better home made and you can get like 4 to 6 sandwiches for the price of 2 store bought sandwiches, so it's a no brainer.
Next time you're in the area, head down into Jersey and get yourself a Pork Roll Egg and Cheese(if you get stuck in North Jersey, they'll be calling it a taylor ham egg and cheese 🤮). Always slaps, I prefer mine medium to thin cut with a bit of a crisp, but some people like it thick cut! Don't forget the salt pepper ketchup and hot sauce 😂
I recommend Tim Hortons drinks, sandwiches (their bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant is good, so is their chicken panini) and their sour cream glazed donut. You'll find most Tim Hortons in upstate NY!

Do NOT buy it from midtown Manhattan or other upity areas cause it’ll be $30 for a water down copycat. I used to get my gyro for $4 near the train on prospect in the Bronx. That same gyro was $8 next to my job and the white sauce was weird. They do have this one spot in alphabet city downtown Manhattan I think off 5th and avenue D. There good but don’t trust high end places. They copy chopped cheese and stuff from the hodd
