This is 100% early 1992. I'd guess to promote the End of Silence. He mentioned his friend Joe Cole, which happened in Dec '91. ...the way he talked about him here made it seem like that was still pretty fresh :/ You also still see Andrew Weiss, who left in '92 and you don't see Melvin Gibbs yet.
