I dont know how he does it, but he did it again...great video cosplay chris!! I feel that one day i will see your name in the credits of a mcu movie for head department in costume design/props! Cosplayers do it best
Any idea what it's actually called? Been searching "Textures Vinyl matting" on Google for days and can't find anything remotely close to what we see in this video
Hey Chris if you can answer this question it would be great but if not that’s fine anyway I’m having trouble with leather I find it hard to see and I can’t really put anything on it however it’s essential for my cosplay so got any advice

Hey Chris, since revisiting things you've already worked on isn't uncommon for you, do you think you could revisit the Kylo Ren helmet you did, but do the look based on how it looked in The Rise of Skywalker?
he said he went to spotlight so i figure id give their website a try and wasn't disappointing. www.spotlightstores.com/kitchen-dining/table-linen-accessories/table-linen-accessories/ladelle-deluxe-table-protector/BP80029880001
@@dylansauro4148 OMG ! Thanks. Now I have to find this in Canada. On a side note, any suggestion(s) on any alternative to this ? That'll be a bit more practical. Thanks again.
After posting it i found its not available for shipping outside of AU from Spot Light =( . I haven't even found somewhere in north america that sells anything like this. Im thinking about using 2mm foam and engrave it to recreate the pattern and see how it looks on the boots. Its labor intensive but its all i can think of for now lol.
@@dylansauro4148 Yeah that was also my conclusion and I did check on ebay, amazon and aliexpress. Found nothing. About the use of foam instead, I dunno. Foam on boots (even on fake leather), I don't think it's durable at all (I'm thinking on both cosplay and LARP purposes). I don't think the foam will handle the stress and wrinkles that the boots will be when worn, even the high density one kind). I might be wrong, though and it's a one shot deal. Try it and share the results. I think it's worth a shot. How will you recreate the pattern, anyway and will you try to do this with high density foam ?

Take a shot every time Chris says “cheap and nasty”
Take a shot when he says 'just a matter of'

I'm on another continent but my eyes started burning from the superglue 🤣
Those turned out really great! I can't wait to see this all finished because you've put in so much effort!
Awesome boot tutorial. I am going to work on a madmax cosplay. So this is perfect
I really like it, still can’t wait to see the end result. Also I would love to see what you do for a sword.

Oh I got that several years ago 3:50 was going to use it for the bottom of shoes for traction, but ended up using car Matts which had far better grip.

Ooo i'm early.... Much needed right now.
Nice boots
$50?
That’s that’s a lot of coin to toss…
50 for the boots and 48 for the belts my friend of humanity
I swear this man is gorgeous 😍
Sometimes the simplest method is always the best. Mega logic
I can't for the life of me find what he describes as the table mat part. Amy ideas/luck with any other descriptions?
