In the video, when you say just memorize the questions and answer... where did you get the questions and answers to memorize? What was the resource? Thank you
Hi Patrick. I have a question. Would it be able to get the license for the foreigners? I do not have U.S citizenship now, but able to get the green card. So i was wondering if i am able to take the test or not. Thanks!
Hi I'm taking online course of Abelee seminars n there's 50 questions of each module(example . chapter 1-6,7-8 etc) should I memorize it as well? I just started about 3 weeks ago n mom of 6 yrs old boy n not much time n at the same time, have no idea what's going on lol any more helpful tip?! 😆 thank you!!
And also I'm about to start chapter 15. Should I pause n start from the beginning of chapter 1 quiz n move forward? Whatever helps I'll get 😊 Thank you so much again!
Aloha everyone , I attend Abe's class and I pass the school text .I am going to take the text next week , should I focus on the review 300 quiz on the end of red/blue book or quiz on each chapter ?Is there any similar questions with school exam ? Anyone who can give little suggestion will be very appreciate !!
Aloha Mr. Longley, Upon my research, I have found that I might be able to get a prelicensing education equivalency with my BBA in Marketing and International Business from UH Manoa. However, I am still confused whether my degree qualifies as one of the Bachelor of Arts degrees. May you provide me with some instructions on this to obtain my salesperson license? Mahalo!
I’m pretty sure that won’t work but either way I would confirm with Honolulu board of realtors. You can google “Honolulu board of realtors” and give them a call and ask.
I’m starting at Honolulu EXP in September as a real Estate agent assistant. How long will it take for me to quire my own licenses? And what exact book should I order to study?
Very helpful! Thanks Patrick! I have my license in Idaho but planning on moving back to Maui soon. I'm taking the test this Monday. I'm considering working with Hilton Grand Vacations selling time shares but wondered what your thoughts are on selling time shares vs residential real estate.
Your very welcome and good luck ! I dont know much about timeshares I think its more about VOLUME with time shares than residential but I am not sure how their compensation works whether its commission/salary ect. I think the main thing that is great for you moving from Idaho to here is if you are being paid in commission is the PRICE POINT. Not sure what the average price point for time shares are but the median sales price out here in Oahu is 1.1M :)
Hi.. great video. I took the Abe lee seminars online. Should I focus on the online quizzes as well as the chapter quizzes in the book ? Anymore tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Great video! Getting ready to retake the Hawaii state portion and I see where the missing link was. I tried to read and absorb all the chapters. I'll focus on the test questions and answers only in preparation. I easily passed the national portion.

You would have to double check with the Honolulu Board of Realtors. I am pretty sure you have to be a legal US citizen but check with them
Mr Dylan worked for me and studying wasn’t an option after several failures

I’m with the Navy and utilizing the skillbridge program, not sure if you’re familiar with that.
Once you take the pre classes and pass the test your officially licensed! So could take you as little as 2-3 months.
Sorry never heard of the skill bridge program
