Buying used is the only way your going to find team issued jerseys from years past. I just picked up a team issued Joe Sacik Nordiques jersey and of course used but mint for $900.
I bought a new Vancouver Canucks Adidas jersey off of EBay for $35. I was skeptical but but picture was real. When I got it, it was a real jersey with tags but it also had a store sensor tag punched into it. I just took it to a local department store and explained the situation showing my email receipts and they took it right off for me. Part of me thinks that it may have been stolen from somewhere if that tag was still on it but I really hope not. Also, the picture online had the first generation adidas button on it and the jersey did not. Overall, $35 for a new adidas jersey is crazy and I’m more than happy about it.
If you're ever in doubt about the size of a jersey, just send the seller a message and ask them for the armpit to armpit and length measurements, much better than nuying it and ending up with one you can't wear. I used to get a ton of amazing bargains from ebay, new and used, but these days - not so much.
Beauty jersey, just got the dark version of this a couple months ago. i so much prefer the Koho/CCM version over the RBK where RBK famously removed the stripes on the bottom.
Do u not put jerseys in the dryer because the number peals off? That happens to my football jerseys all the time and it looks terrible, maybe it’s because I put them in the dryer. Should I not put them in the dryer to stop the Pealing of the numbers?
So strange, I literally just got the exact same yotes jersey today and threw it in the wash. Then I watch this video and it's the same jersey. I also got the Black alternate from the same years they used these ones, safe to say it's the most expensive jersey I've ever bought.
I've also randomly stopped to use the restroom in a grocery store in Colorado springs, and saw Jerseys hanging in the thrift store window waaaaay on the other side of the plaza. Notices the colors & paterns & was like "that looks like an old white goathead" I couldn't not check, and jokingly said to my fiancee "what if it's a Hasek". It was lol. My white Hasek Jersey had been stolen a few years prior & they aren't the cheapest to replace. Bonus points for a team USA Drury. Got em both for like $70
Like what are the chances to stumble upon a 90s Sabres Jersey, of one of our most beloved players & another alumni & beloved players Olympic sweater 1500 miles away in the Springs in a random thrift store. Drury at least makes a bit more sense because of the Avs affiliation.
Good call on the Howler edition for AZ! I want to love the Kachina, but my brain just says no. I got me a 2015 Sedona red home with Howler and the paw print shoulder patches just least week and it’s perfect. Great video man! 🤘🏻

I found a Rangers Pro Player jersey for 15 bucks so I threw a bid on it and got it
I used to buy like you but now instead of spending on 5 or 10 jerseys I now will buy 1 very collectable jersey.

If it weren’t for eBay and Facebook Marketplace, I wouldn’t have the majority of my collection.
I've found some amazing jerseys & deals in the 2nd hand market. Just gotta be mindful & know what to looke for.

Yes, it will speed up that process. Just air dry it. They dont take long to air dry
