All of those spelling errors are just the en-GB spelling, as opposed to American. So depending where they're from / applying to, it may actually be correct.
Would you be able to do a similar video but with a well made CV? You could describe why we should put things in a certain way in our CV. I think that it not only would be usefull for many of your viewers but this kind of video can easly get some attention at youtube over some time.
Get a trusted professional peer(s) to read your CV and invite them to review it. No one likes writing CVs but they are the employer's only view of you. Spelling: "Visualisation" is correct. Then again, so is "visualization". The secret here is to be consistent with English-English or US-English. Don't mix the two.
