I love Pandasama's mod :) for me I always hated the machine birth and it was so unrealistic. Ugh. Especially when it rips the heart out then stuffs it back in.
dilation is how far your cervix has opened up and it has to open up 10cm for the baby to pass down through it. i have had friends tell me their epidural was painful, and others say it wasn't because it was done while they were having a contraction and didn't feel it so i guess it's a person by person thing wether or not it hurts lol
When the skin color glitch started happening.. I genuinely thought my sims were cheating on each other and thought there was finally drama in the neighborhoods! But then I was annoyed it turned out to be an EA glitch.. and I honestly can’t believe this is still a glitch years later! But I guess with it being EA I’m not that surprised and still happy I’ve stopped playing this game 😂 I might still do a Love Island challenge with it but the chore of putting mods in is preventing from doing that.
Yeah the glitch is still happening, I've had two pale white Sims give birth to a coal black baby lol but then it has the correct skintone once it's a toddler, EA still has not fixed this problem even though they claimed to.
You are Absolutely adorable lol. So when having a baby just to fill you in yes epidurals are pain relief yes they do go in your spine (typically you get hooked up to an IV first at least that's been my experience). As far as the dilation goes once you're at 10 cm dilated that's when you can start pushing your baby out, but I don't think dilation matters if you're having a cesarean section.
No if your having a c section nothing matters( in terms of labor status water breaking etc. At least what I've heard from my sis in law who had 2 c sections. I was lucky enough to not need a c section but the second delivery I had he was taking forever and my hospital team was less than desirable. My epidural was done wrong and I was poked 5 times. Wasn't till after I was numb from my neck down that no one told me a training student was giving me the epi. Ugh at least my son was born safely.

My first son I ballooned up to 240 ( no idea what I was previously) and intermittent fasting diets and almost 6 years later I lost all his weight lol I'm finally 170 ish now onto hopefully 140 😂 I had 2 of those glucose tests cuz of how fast baby was growing and I was gaining and( not eating more than usual) so they though I had prediabetes.im also o- blood and also rh antigen- so with my first son I needed 2 rohgam shots they go in the butt cheek and on boy they burn xD I would love more kids but just my body can't do it either plus my youngest just got diagnosed with autism so it's all about learning his condition to help him, find him the best therapy and schooling and also helping big brother know and understand him as well. Another baby wouldn't be fair to the two I have. I would opposed to being a babysitter xD

First child I really wanted to do a water birth I didn't want pain meds but I wasn't allowed to do a water birth for whatever reason and the pain got too unbearable so I ended up with an epidural, with my third child they induced labor early due to pregnancy complications and I was in labor for several days and that's why I ended up with an epidural for that one. With my second child I was hoping to do it naturally and I did end up doing it naturally despite asking for an epidural they were setting up to give me an epidural got the IV in me and I started pushing so they couldn't go through with the pain medication because the labor was too quick. I've had baby fever a lot lately but I don't think I could handle a fourth child.
The babies in sims 4 are just objects, but can we talk about how annoying the TODDLERS are. Literally dying of starvation and throwing a fit even tho I fed it 5 mins ago then refuses to let me put it in the toddler dining chair someone end my suffering.
Do not use that highchair! Put the plate of food on a counter, & the toddlers will walk to it & pick it up themselves. Harvest produce & put it in the toddlers' inventory, then direct them to it when they are starving.
@@theoddone6213 or drag food from the fridge to the floor. keep a table nearby because they will walk the plate over to it. keep a sink or trash can next to that. Its really is terrible.
I try not to use the high chairs all that often since Sims are dumb and constatly put them in/pull them out when they're trying to eat, or the dumb thing whines and acts like it can't eat in the high chair. So I just cook meals and make the brat come get a plate itself lol.
You're so funny. Yes epidural is a giant needle that goes into your spine, but the pain of a contraction is much worse. When i had my son, they put the needle in as i was having a contraction so i didn't even feel it. Yeh birth is beautiful lol
Maybe the baby is jaundiced, that is where its liver is just starting to work. It should go away in a couple of weeks. Or it could be EA's lighting...you never know.

I laughed so hard at this video, Oh my god. SIGH. LMAO! I did this mod and my sim was in labour for 21 sim hours, it took me 2 human hours from getting to the hospital till the baby was born via natural birth LOL it was so stressful. (This was done with lots of walks, exercise etc.)

My male sim is a doctor that works at the hospital. I have this mod and when I had his wife go to the hospital, my male sim had to go to work. I clicked “send alone” and he disappeared from the lot. Also, the different color of the baby is a glitch and is because of the mod.
As a person that has given birth twice the Epidural does go in your back, yes it is scary but the feeling of not feeling those contractions worth it, also they almost paralyzed me the second time I got it, but tbh the contractions hurt so bad that I didn't even feel it when they put it in also the have to tape it from your neck to your lower back. And that bitch hurt to rip off
