    Thanks for the review, I've got the R9 bundle in transit to me now. Looks like I'll be installing the red spring and firmer bushing before I even mount them up.

    Upgrading from a 15 year old G25 to a Moza R9 w/ CS wheel and Simforge Mark 1 pedals. I put off the upgrade for long enough and I’m pretty excited to feel the difference finally!

    It would have been nice to spend some time covering the throttle pedal. Obviously the brake is the most important, but how much resistance is there in the throttle pedal? I prefer more resistance than what the CSL LC pedals provide. Otherwise good video - hopefully you'll cover all the pedals in your review.

      The spring tension is just a little stiffer than the current CSL pedals.

    Did you end up testing the spring mod in the SRP pedals? Pretty interested in the final review, currently looking to upgrade (at least) my wheels and thinking about just diving deep into the Moza eco-system with R9 + SRP, or if I'm better off going R9 + CSL (Which are a bit cheaper also). So would be good to know how moddable the SRPs are.

    • @SimRacingCorner
      @SimRacingCorner  2 года назад +4

      Not yet, but I will. There will be follow video at some point. The SRP and CSL pedals are pretty much equal, so either set will do fine.

    Could I please ask......I currently have the r5 bundle and plan to upgrade to the CRP peddles and later in the year probably the R9. My question is doe the SRP peddles conect to the R5 base or would I need to get the moza usb/connection hub? Just found your channel.......subbed, Thanks

    • @SimRacingCorner
      @SimRacingCorner  5 месяцев назад

      The SRP pedals can be plugged into the R5 directly, or USB to the PC. Either way works.

      You do get better value from Moza, their products are made to a high standard, similar to Fanatec.

    i wonder if you could replace the spring with rubber elastomer from the accessory kit Moza provides, cause it is way toooo soft, when is full review dropping would love to see you mod the springs on it with ones you did on CSL

    • @SimRacingCorner
      @SimRacingCorner  2 года назад

      I'm wondering that too. I'll find out when the kit arrives.

    • @theRooster722
      @theRooster722 2 года назад

      The kit gives you a red color coded spring which is stronger than the one installed from the factory, and a firmer bushing. That should hook it up properly.

    Do you reckon a rubber spacer similar to what you added with your T-LCM mod would fit and work?

    Could you use these pedals just on the floor/carpet or do they need to be hard mounted? Going to start buying my sim setup soon but will have set up on a desk and not a cockpit. Looking at these pedals and the new Logitech pro pedals.

  • @wisllayvitrio71

    How does these compare to the Moza CRP? I know they are in different price brackets but it would be interesting to know if the €240 euros difference between CRP and SRP + Upgrade Kit is justified.

    • @SimRacingCorner
      @SimRacingCorner  2 года назад +1

      I haven't tried the CRP pedals, so I can't answer that specifically. But I will say, when you spend more on pedals you get greater adjustability, more substantial build quality, and pedals that will be more realistic feeling.

      @@SimRacingCorner Just learned that trying to buy directly from Moza with the SRP and from my local distributor with the CRP are about the same price because I get free shipping with the latter.

    Can you confirm if SRP brake pedal is a load cell or not? I’m getting conflicting info from various vendors

    • @SimRacingCorner
      @SimRacingCorner  2 года назад +2

      The confusion will be as there are two versions of this pedal set. The 'SRP pedals' have a load cell brake. The 'SRP Lite pedals' do not.

    Thoughts on this vs. the T-LCM?

    • @SimRacingCorner
      @SimRacingCorner  2 года назад +4

      I published a T-LCM vs. Fanatec CSL pedals video (ruclips.net/video/XusRbLZabAQ/видео.html) a while back. The Fanatec's won that match up. The SR-P pedals are closer in spec to the CSL pedals than to the T-LCM pedals. So the SR-P set would be my choice over the T-LCM.

    • @SimRacingCorner

      It's really about better build quality rather than anything else. All metal (SR-P) vs. (T-LCM) plastic/metal.
