For the Crestview homes, there's a $100k difference between building a floor plan and buying the quick move-in home of the same floor plan. :-/

There are 55+ communities in Clermont Florida. Two are currently building. It depends what your price point is which one would be more affordable. There are also resale 55+ communities.
