I love these videos, where you see the area more then where you see the makers of the video. 1 tip, if you want to get rid of the stuttering/choppy video's run them through Handbrake. Its a free program and all your videos will be smooth. Subbed!
I am planning to move to Central FL I live in Miami after your point of view I think I will decide to move to Clermont but after seeing all the reviews from home buyers I am scared to buy a house from all those builders, my concern is I have a house in Miami and never had a problem to sell my house to buy a problem because you are not buying a house you are buying a problem I don't know if I can be oriented from you it is no only for me a lot of people are scared to move on. Thank you, you are doing an excellent social work
Sure! I plan to retire to this area in the next two years so it is nice to see these videos of the new areas coming up. I have watch a lot realtors in Orlando area and you did a good job of actually showing us the new build communities. The only thing I wondered about was how far is it to a town center or restaurant.
@@shelleyhuskey1870 There’s restaurants all over the place in Clermont as well as shopping. I will be putting out another video shortly it will show the north side of the city and will make sure I add that part in
It's going to come down to your budget. The bigger the lot, you are paying more $$$. Are you looking for new? Dream Finders has 60' lots and there are a few others. Typically the larger lots are only for the larger homes in new construction.
You could get a 3 bedroom and use one as office. Homes come in all sizes so depending on your budget, you would be able to find something. Let us know how we can help
It will take between 25 to 30 min from Ridgeview depending on traffic to get to Animal Kingdom as for now you have to travel down to 192 and over to Disney. They do have planned roads that will cut across and land you on Avalon and over to Western Way which will drastically cut down the time.
@@TheFloridaAgents Thank you! Quick question- if your client was trying to decide between Centex and Ridgeview, which would you suggest? I'm leaning Centex to split the travel time between Olympus and Disney.
@@TechQuentin Two very different areas of Clermont. Ridgeview is up in the hills and will be right in the middle of Olympus as well as halfway to downtown Clermont. Centex is at the beginning of Clermont where it's more touristy although I feel that is changing with the new builders. There will be a road-going in by Ridgeview and Sawgrass that you will be able to eliminate the busy 192.
Thank you very much.
Thanks for watching

Do you know of any communities with larger lots where there’s breathing space in between the homes, where the houses are not on top of one another?

Wish you would have shown a couple of show homes completed!!
We have videos on those communities with models
Any recommendations in this area for just a family of 2? We don't need 4 bedrooms 😂

How long will it take to drive from Ridgeview to Disney? Is there a planned new road that will cut down the drive time from Ridgeview to Disney?
